Would like to talk to any supervisor in customer service. Was told by one Apple rep that a previous rep accidentally put my phone in recovery mode. Then talked to a supervisor by the name of James who said he was as high as you get at your company. Said it was my fault. I now owe ***.** to Addurion plus much money in business losses. Would like to talk to someone, before I proceed legally. Thank you
