Secondly, there might not be any hints available for that relative due to limited data. Also, keep in mind that the generation of hints depends on the amount of information and accuracy of data you've added. Generally, more detailed profiles receive more hints. Lastly, remember that hints are sourced from other Ancestry.com records and trees, so if others haven't inputted/shared data relevant to your relative, you may not get hints.
