I went to extent the time on my car and Fox's wouldn't accept my Amex because it's in my maiden name. Eventhough the original rental was rented with the same card. I tried to cancel and they said I have to contact rentalcar.com. I couldn't reach your customer service. By the time I got home and called, you guys said I passed the pick up time so I have to file a claim. Now it's over * weeks later and I'm having difficulties filing the claim to get my money back. Please help. Thanks
