Hello,**I’m writing this complaint because could not resolve the issue of the affordable price for the internet. Last year I had the same issue, when started update my internet service on August ****, and then a person on the phone gave me the price $**.**, which I accepted. But later, when I started complaining to BBB and FCC, another person changed my internet price for $**.** without my consent on December **, ****. But, I paid the original price $**.** from the August **** to August ****. Now, I found the affordable price for the Spectrum internet of $**.** online without any restrictions for new customer or area code or anything else at https:**spectumspecial.com and received the confirmation email (picture SpectrumInternet*a.jpg is attached). However, the serviceman James could not apply the service, when read the information on my account (**** ** *** *******) and gave me the phone to connect to the Spectrum. Since that time, I started to have problems like last year. I’ve spoke with different people in different departments and they transfer me from one to another. The last person with whom I spoke was Jan. All of them were polite but could not approve the affordable price by different reasons, e.g., this is not the Spectrum company but look on the SpectrumInternet*a.jpg.**The real actions have following explanations:**My complaints had effected availability of promotions and personnel actions **Each person, with whom I spoke, could not help me because afraid of action against him*her.*The original problem, when I started complains, was the increased price of the service during ** month agreement. When I spoke with the last person, the issue is still there.**Please, look on the issue in different way. The power from the upper level of authority to me is very high to overcome it.
