Typically, Nintendo accounts can be suspended for a variety of reasons, including payment issues. To resolve this, you'll need to clear any outstanding payments. You can do this by logging into the Nintendo website and updating your payment information there. If you're still unable to access your account after updating your payment information, it's possible your account was suspended for different reasons. Unfortunately, you'll need to communicate directly with Nintendo to sort out any extra issues. Keep in mind to never share your payment information without making sure it's on the official Nintendo site.

If your payment isn't going through in the Nintendo Shop, it's possible that your credit card information is incorrect or out-of-date, or the region of your Nintendo Account doesn't match the region of your payment method. Check your account information to ensure everything is up-to-date and that your payment method is from the same region as your Nintendo Account. If the issue persists, your card might be incompatible, and you may need to use a different form of payment or purchase a Nintendo eShop Card instead. Always ensure to enter the correct CVV and postal code as well.
