If you can't access your phone number linked with your Gmail, you can recover your account by providing an alternate email address where you can receive a recovery email. If you don't have an alternate email address, Gmail might ask you for other information like when you created your Google Account, your last remembered password, or answers to your security questions. To recover a deleted email from Gmail, follow these steps: 1. Open your Gmail account on your desktop and navigate to the left side of the screen. 2. Find and click on the 'Trash' folder. 3. Inside the 'Trash', search for your deleted email. If you can't find it easily, use the search bar at the top of the page to find the deleted email. 4. After that, click on the "+" sign at the bottom of the page where a search bar will pop up. Here, you can search for the contacts you want to add to the group. Once you've found and chosen the contacts you want to include, click on "Apply" and the chosen contacts will be added to your group.
