I received an email today from my PayPal account saying that eHarmony would be charging me $*** later today for a transaction I made with them. I called PayPal and they confirmed this was true. I have had absolutely nothing to do with an eHarmony transaction like this, in fact the subscription that I don’t even use with your company doesn’t expire until September! Someone is obviously stealing money from people who works for you, or something else has happened that needs to be addressed. It is extremely difficult to get customer service support on the phone which is a very annoying feature of your company as well, since none of the topics to click on for support are related to my issue, theft.
