I've had an issue with my billing with Comcast, and it has been going on for a while now even though I have called them in the past to talk about my issues. So this time I thought I would try this number because someone said that this would get me to someone who would make more change. I was a bit surprised to find out that I was calling the executive office, but even though I think that I ultimately got redirected it was still helpful. I don't know how much this helped in the long run, but I hope this time I was able to get the issue resolved.
Comcast gets a lot of phone calls daily from people who need to talk about their billing, cable, internet, phone service etc. However, I'm not sure how many of those types of phone calls this number gets since it leads to the corporate headquarters. I imagine they have a different type of callers here for the most part. A lot more business-focused phone calls, but there are probably still just a lot of reasons for people to call.
So, I found this phone number online, and I decided to give it a try, and the person who answered was an automated assistant who said, "Welcome to Xfinity Comcast executive headquarters." That took me a bit off-guard because I didn't call the headquarters internally, but I decided just to go with it. It then gave me two options which were, "Press 1 to reach a specific phone conversation or press 2 to reach our executive customer service department."
I pressed 2 because it was the best option for me, and then the voice assistant said, "Thank you for calling Comcast corporate offices. Please hold and one of our executive customer service specialists will be you shortly." I had to wait about 5 minutes and then someone answered who took my information but said they were going to direct me to a line that would help me more.
This is why I'm not sure if I was redirected back to the same billing department I would normally reach, but I spoke to a Sydney and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions about my bill. She also said that a credit would be applied next month due to some issues with the billing so I will just have to wait and see if the problem is resolved or not.
