What is CDW's return policy?

CDW's return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase, with some exceptions. The returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all accompanying documentation and accessories. CDW may charge a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the product category. Certain items are non-returnable, including software, special orders, and consumables. Customers need to request a return authorization (RA) number before returning the product. Once approved, the customer can ship the item back to CDW using the provided return shipping label. CDW recommends insuring the package, as they are not responsible for any damages or losses during transit. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
