I'm Jenny Bathgate. I ordered 2 sets of 18k solid gold rings on January 24, [redacted]. Although I received the rings on February 8, [redacted], I did not receive the accompanying crosses. I am missing the crosses that were part of the order. I am disappointed as I wanted to gift a full set to my nephew for his upcoming birthday. I have always been satisfied with my orders from you, so please fulfill the missing crosses promptly. I am having trouble tracking my order on your website. I purchased items on February 11th, but they do not appear in my order history or shipping status. I always pay immediately after ordering. Some items did not arrive, so I reordered them without receiving the initial order. On the same day, $[redacted] was deducted from my bank account, leaving me with only $[redacted] instead of over $[redacted]. These missing orders are my only transactions for that day. I need my money for moving expenses and cannot afford to lose it. I am frustrated with this situation and wish to receive what I paid for. I am not trying to deceive anyone; I just want a resolution. I scheduled a pick-up and drop-off at Salon FX in East Troy, WI through Wish. Upon following the address and directions provided, I realized that the current renters at Salon FX have no affiliation with Wish and have not updated the location information. I have been charged for the return, which is now at a different location. I am frustrated by the lack of communication with Wish and the difficulties I am facing in resolving this issue. The items I wish to return are due to sizing problems, with sleeves not fitting correctly and discrepancies in shoe sizes. I simply want to return these items without any further delays. If these issues are not resolved by Tuesday, March 1, [redacted], I will escalate my concerns to consumer protection agencies. Hello! I ordered a LARGE CAPACITY TACKLE BAG (TYPE B) for $34 plus $16 for shipping. It was supposed to be 40 cm long, 20 cm high, and 17 cm wide with 4 interior compartments. However, the one I received is only 29 cm long, 16 cm high, 11 cm wide, and has only two compartments. I would like a refund as I paid for the largest Type B model, not the smallest one. On February 26, [redacted], I was expecting a package that was mistakenly delivered with the wrong tracking number. The post office confirmed it was a 3lb package fitting into a mailbox on 6th Avenue, but not in my name. Despite my order being a 26 lb, full-size crossbow, the package I received was not mine. Wish customer service referred me to an automated agent rather than assisting me with the issue. I am now seeking a refund as per their guarantee. I ordered a gaming TV cabinet stand on January 31, 22, and it arrived on February 5. When assembling it, I realized I was missing a left bar and one right bar. I reached out to Wish, but their support kept saying someone would follow up. I simply need the center piece to finish setting it up. Thank you for your assistance.

I have encountered two issues with Wish.com. Firstly, following my initial order, I received an email from Wish.com in a non-English language, despite having all settings on their website set to English. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I have received no response regarding why these emails are not in English. Even after providing the correct settings information in English, they have not shown any concern. Secondly, the item I received from them is defective. When I tried to log in to report the issue, I was informed that my password was incorrect. Upon attempting to reset my password using the correct email address, Wish.com claimed that no user was found with that email/phone number, which is clearly inaccurate. Furthermore, my account appears to have been deleted, and I am unable to get assistance from their support team to address this issue. As a result, I may need to dispute the charge through my credit card, as contact with Wish.com support seems impossible.

I am requesting a full refund for the item and all other items in my order as they have not arrived as promised. The items have not even left the shipping location in China due to delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The estimated delivery time keeps changing, which I find unacceptable. I am holding the company accountable for the original delivery date I was provided at the time of purchase, not the constantly updated schedule. The items were supposed to arrive by the 13th, and they have not. I insist on a full refund for the entire order since none of the items have arrived on time and are still in China. Please process the refund for the full order promptly.

My spouse and I, Bruce Morgan and Cinith Howington, have been loyal customers of Wish for many years. Upon moving to [redacted] Carolina Avenue, Bristol, Tennessee, [redacted], Lot #12, Crown Garland, we have encountered an issue with a [redacted]-piece watch repair set we ordered. Unfortunately, the staff at the location seem unwilling to assist us in locating our package, which cost us $27. Our order history has mysteriously disappeared, and despite our names being on the package, we are facing difficulties. We received two other items previously, a watch and a solar charger bank, but now are struggling to receive the rest of our order. The package is supposedly located at Crown Garland in Bristol, Virginia. We are utterly frustrated as the staff there are not cooperating. Hello, it’s been a while since I last reached out about the ongoing technical issues with Wish.com. Something unexpected came up, causing a delay in resolving the problem. Repeatedly, when I attempted to pay for items, my card was declined despite sufficient funds. My bank verified no issues with my card, attributing the problem to the Wish.com platform. Wish staff requested my ID photo to verify my account, but the problem persisted with each purchase attempt. I am unsure if the matter has been resolved, so I am reaching out for assistance. I am having issues with two orders. One order is missing a part and the item is of very poor quality. The other order is completely incorrect. The customer service team is not responding to me, and I am unable to send messages. They are asking for a photo of my ID followed by another photo, but it's not working. I would appreciate a prompt response; otherwise, I will stop using the Wish platform as I often have many issues with the items I order. Thank you.

Hello, I believe I have contacted Wish regarding this matter earlier, possibly in late February or March. I have yet to receive the RETRO ANGEL WING FIGURE [redacted] from my order, although everything else arrived as expected. I have not noticed any refund on my statement either. About four days ago, I placed an order for a fat tire e-bike with an expected delivery between May 6th and 22nd. Yesterday, I received a battery charger for a friend, and today, I eagerly checked the delivery status for my e-bike order made using my direct express debit card on wish.com. I was devastated to discover that my order had been canceled and refunded without any explanation or notification. As a disabled individual relying on low-impact transportation for exercise due to health conditions, losing the e-bike was a significant blow. The lack of communication and abrupt cancellation left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am left wondering why my order was canceled and why I wasn't informed directly. - Mark H.

I purchased a Black Paragon Warlock Phoenix Gravity Blade Trap Folding Knife made of CPM-S30V for $38.97 from Wish.com on the 10th of April, [redacted]. According to the tracking number AG[redacted]76CN, it was marked as delivered on the 9th of May, [redacted], at 7:49 PM. However, I checked with the post office, and they have no record of delivering the package to my address. I live in a remote area where misdeliveries have happened before. Despite reaching out to Wish.com through their non-working customer service number, I haven't received any updates. On April 22, [redacted], I purchased 02 perfumes, 01 Paco Rabanne Lady and another Chanel 01. The Paco Rabanne perfume was initially listed as delivered in Italy on April 28 with tracking number GLS [redacted]7, although I reside in Peru. On May 24, I received a new tracking number EY[redacted]35FR with an estimated arrival within a week, but it has not arrived yet. I am unable to track it as the initial Italian tracking information is still shown. I have requested a refund for this perfume due to the uncertainty of its whereabouts, which is not my fault. The second perfume refund has been confirmed, but it has not yet appeared in my bank account. I hope to see this refund in June. I am seeking a clear resolution for the first perfume as I am unsure of its location, possibly stuck in Italy. Consequently, I AM ALSO REQUESTING MY REFUND. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, my name is R. Perkins. I recently made a purchase on Wish, but unfortunately, the items were delivered to my old address. I used to reside at an assisted living facility in Indianapolis. The packages were returned since I no longer live there. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving them. The items include a bottle of cologne and a few other things.
