I received a phone call from the government office in Washington DC and I was told that I have a nine thousand dollar government grant for me to come to a western union store and give them a verification code and the person that was on phone with me I have his name and and extension number and he wants me to buy a money card and put *** dollars on the card and he is going to be on the phone with me at the western union store and walk me through the process and I have a verification code from the government grant and I have a verification code from federal reserve also and when I get to the western union store with him on phone and purchase the card with a hundred and fifty dollars on it I will be able to get my Grant money and reimbursed for the *** dollars and the question is that am I being scammed by this call from the government
