I had an unfortunate experience at the Walmart on Dirksen Parkway in Springfield, Illinois. When I arrived at the automotive section, there were no other customers. The staff member who assisted me assured me they could rotate my tires and provide a $42 synthetic oil change promptly. Despite being pleased initially, my experience began to deteriorate. They began working on my car without confirming the type of oil, eventually revealing that they were using a different oil than requested at a higher price. This miscommunication upset me. Moreover, during the service, I witnessed them only changing two tires instead of all four, and later I discovered they misplaced my keys. The entire process was disorganized and frustrating. This incident compounded with past negative encounters at the store makes me hesitant to return. This series of events was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Hello, my name is Deanna. I have called numerous times and have been hung up on several times. While I did have half of my initial problem resolved on the first call, the follow-up calls regarding the remaining issue have been frustrating. I have not been satisfied with Walmart's service as my simple request was not addressed. I have been transferred around without a resolution. In addition, I experienced multiple hang-ups from your employees, which I found unprofessional. I would like a refund of $50 as well as another $50 credited to my account for the inconvenience. On top of that, I request free shipping on my next order due to the ongoing issues I have faced. Kindly process these requests promptly as I am on a tight budget and need assistance with purchasing food. Please refund any disputed charges to a different account. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Noemi Delgado. I previously worked at Walmart stores and have been applying to the store in Del Rio, TX, where I've lived for eight years. When I called the store today, Michelle, who I believe is the manager, answered. I inquired about the status of my application, and she mentioned that due to too many absences, she wouldn't hire me. I explained the reasons for those absences, but she maintained her decision. She then mentioned there were no current openings and asked me to wait on a waiting list, which surprised me. I am puzzled as to why Walmart cannot rehire me considering my absences were due to medical reasons. The assistant manager who let me go had indicated I could be rehired. I felt disheartened by Michelle's response; it felt unfair and discriminatory due to past illness in [redacted]. In today's competitive job market, everyone seeks good opportunities with decent pay and benefits. I am left wondering why I can't be given that same opportunity.

I want to address an issue I encountered at brick and mortar store [redacted] on Blue Angel Parkway in Pensacola, Florida. Checking out took me 47 minutes due to insufficient staffing - only two people were on the actual registers and one person on each side monitoring the self-service registers. The long line, which extended into the store, affected both self-service and regular cashier lanes. This situation was unacceptable, especially on a Thursday evening after 5:00 PM. I was tempted to leave my items and go to a competitor if I didn't urgently need them. I hope my feedback prompts better scheduling practices and the hiring of more staff to prevent such delays in the future.

I recently returned order# [redacted]-[redacted] as the item I received was used and scratched, and it was a 3 piece set instead of the 2 piece set I ordered for $70. It appears the item was purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond, not Walmart. I used to work as an Operations Manager at BBB and discovered that the seller, SavvyWay, bought the 3 piece set for $50 at a BBB store in Florida but sold it as a 2 piece set on Walmart's site. Other customers also complained about receiving Walmart purchases in BBB packaging from SavvyWay. This conduct is concerning, and I hope Walmart addresses this issue to maintain customer trust. I value shopping at Walmart and wish to continue doing so without such complications.

I have recently relocated from Quebec to BC and need to update my account information for online purchases. I have cancelled my previous email address and landline number. Despite contacting customer service, I am unable to receive the verification code to my landline number as they require a cell phone. At 81 years old, I am unable to physically visit a store. I signed up for a Walmart+ free trial which I canceled on June 28, two days before it was supposed to end. However, I was charged $98.00 for an annual plan on July 3 and no longer have the Walmart+ benefits on my account. Additionally, I was charged for shipping on an order placed on July 1. I've reached out to Walmart multiple times via chat. They mentioned that the membership was canceled on June 28 and that the refund for the $98.00 charge may take up to 10 business days, with a reference number for the refund provided. On April 6, [redacted], I purchased a robo vacuum online using a gift card. Upon returning the faulty vacuum to my local Walmart on April 20, [redacted], I requested a refund to a new gift card. After waiting for three weeks without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service and found out that the $[redacted].34 refund was placed on the original gift card, which I had discarded after use, only remembering the last four digits ([redacted]). Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, my refund has not been processed. On June 4, [redacted], I contacted customer service again requesting a new gift card via email but have not heard back. I am now insisting on a prompt resolution, requesting an immediate refund on a new egift card sent to my email address [redacted]. Thank you for addressing this matter without further delay.

I am attempting to inquire about the online prices of the rice products available. There is an 8 oz pack of Vigo Mexican rice priced at $11.02, a 2-pack of Old El Paso cheesy Mexican rice 7.6 oz for $21.99, an 8 oz pack of Casa Mexicana rice for $11.67, a 7 oz box of Goya rice and spring vegetables for $39.12, a microwaveable organic jasmine rice bowl 8.5 oz for $30.72, and a Mahatma 8.8 oz ready-to-heat option for $22.85 with $8.95 shipping. I believe there may be some errors in the listed prices for these products. I have had difficulty reaching a customer service representative via phone, hence the message. I had an incredibly terrible experience with my grocery order. I placed a $[redacted] order using EBT and my debit card, scheduled to pick it up at 3:00 on the 12th. However, the entire order got canceled because they claimed it was too big. Despite my explanations, they accused me of placing the order in the wrong location. After much distress, I had to reorder with the manager's assistance. Due to EBT payment issues, I had to use my disability funds. Despite a $[redacted] discount, only 1/3 of my groceries arrived due to supposed items being out of stock. After a frustrating and painful ordeal, my bill amounted to $[redacted].54. The customer service treated me terribly and made me and my service dog upset. I am determined to escalate this issue to higher management as this experience left me in physical pain and emotional distress. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

My late husband, Mark Edward Davis, who worked at the Walmart in Spring Lake, NC, passed away a year ago. I received a courtesy discount card for a 10% discount on purchases, which I forgot to use most of the time. I bought a lot of items at the Walmart Supercenter in Cameron, NC, including paint, security cameras, a laptop, and various supplies, paying with my debit card and a Walmart Money Network card from my previous employment at Walmart. Is there a way to track my purchases through my bank cards to still receive the 10% refund for not using the discount card? I have had my order cancelled three times today through the app. I am worried my card might have been charged more than once. I am unable to find a correct phone number to call for help. I visited Walmart to apply for a job. They instructed me to apply online using my cell phone, but I encountered technical issues that were unresolvable despite employee assistance. As a Walmart + member, I encountered an issue when trying to order cat food online. Despite selecting items marked for 1 or 3-day shipping, when I proceeded to check availability, none of the nearby stores had the items in stock. After spending over 45 minutes online, I'm uncertain about how the shipping process works. If items are designated for shipping, should they only come from my local store? It's frustrating when items listed for shipping are unavailable for delivery from local stores that have no delivery slots. Even though I specifically searched for items to be shipped, I faced difficulties ordering them. Notably, certain cat food products like Special Kitty and Friskies displayed 1 to 3-day shipping options without the ability to order due to store limitations.

I have an order for pet food delivery that is severely delayed. I placed the order yesterday and was supposed to receive it last night by 9-10 PM, but it hasn't arrived. Despite attempts to contact customer service via phone and chat, I have not received any satisfactory response. It's frustrating that my pets have been without food for two days now. I demand to know the status of my order and expect a significant discount for the inconvenience. The customer service explanation about a lack of drivers is not acceptable as an excuse for the poor communication and service provided in this situation.

I am very interested in purchasing Walmart's $5,[redacted] Velotaxi. The only two credit cards I use each have $4,[redacted] limits. I've been told I cannot split the cost between them, but I may use one to buy perhaps $2,[redacted] in Walmart gift cards, then use them along with my remaining card. Is that the best option? I suggest two more possibilities. I could put $4,[redacted] on one card and the balance on your monthly payment plan, or I could be issued a Walmart credit card with the entire purchase price on a new card. I also have one more question, which I'm afraid might void my entire effort: Is the Velotaxi recognized as a bicycle or an EV that would require licensing, insurance, safety stickers, and come under a host of other regulations not applicable as a velomobile bike? I recently visited the Albany Georgia Lido Road Supercenter Walmart store to return three shirts purchased a week ago. Despite having the receipt, the staff insisted on providing me with a Walmart gift card instead of a refund in the original payment methods used - $60 in cash and the rest on my debit card. I am trying to process a return at Walmart for an item I bought less than a week ago. I had paid with a debit card and cash totaling over $[redacted] and was returning $30.
