**** I ordered a futon, order **************. Delivery was to be Fri. ****. I was told it was delayed. It was delayed in Goodyear, AZ (*** miles from me) until Tues. **** when I contacted Fed Ex. The person I talked to tried to help me, but had to expedite it to the next level to find out what was going on with this order. Later that day someone called to tell me that it showed it never left Goodyear, AZ despite what the computer was telling me. She was going to call both Goodyear and Phoenix, AZ to try and locate the order. On **** the Fed Ex tracking site said that my order had arrived in Middleton, CT (a mere **** miles east of me). It is now **** @ *:** pm and the last update says "**-**-**** Departed FedEx location - **:** am MIDDLETOWN, CT". The new ETA says, Arrives by Tue, May **.*This is unacceptable and I would like a resolution to this issue, preferably a futon in my living room to use.
GetHuman-ivey_ did not yet indicate what WalMart should do to make this right.
