I recently ordered a housecoat from Walmart's app and it was delivered by a third party. Unfortunately, it was too large, and when I tried to return it at my local Walmart, I was directed to contact the company directly. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted] for Dream & Company, costing me $29.47. I am disappointed in Walmart's customer service in this situation, and I hope they can assist me in resolving this issue promptly. I am requesting Walmart to contact the third-party company, provide me with a return label, and issue a full credit to my card ending in [redacted] for the $29.47. A check made out to my power company was stolen from my mailbox on 11/4/20. The thief altered and forged the check on 11/7, adding a fake license number to it. The check was then cashed at Walmart Weaverville, NC, along with an electronic transfer using my information, totaling over $[redacted]. Thankfully, my bank reimbursed the stolen amount. However, Walmart is now pursuing me for the money given to the thief. I reported the incident to the police, and they suspect someone with a record of mailbox theft. I believe Walmart should focus on the criminal and drop the case against me. If this matter isn't resolved, I may consider small claims court. As a loyal Walmart shopper, I visit their stores 3 to 4 times a week. Recently, my daughter tragically passed away, leaving me to care for four children on a fixed income of $[redacted] per month. I am struggling to provide for them and I am reaching out to Walmart for assistance during this difficult time. I have documentation of her passing and I am willing to provide any additional verification needed. I recently applied for a position at my local Walmart. Unfortunately, I did not pass the first assessment and was required to take a second one, which was a supervisor assessment. Surprisingly, I passed the second assessment. However, the store is unable to hire me due to not passing the initial assessment. I am eager to work and willing to take any necessary steps to join Walmart. Is there a way for me to retake the first assessment to rectify this situation? If not, I would like to understand why I was asked to take a second assessment if it would not result in employment. I've been trying to buy a PS5 in-store since Monday but facing challenges due to Walmart employees allegedly purchasing the stock for profit. This is frustrating, especially during Christmas. It's disheartening to see regular consumers compete with bots and employees. I hope there could be penalties for those buying in excess for financial gain. It seems unfair to genuine customers who support the brand regularly. I wish there was a way to ensure fair distribution to consumers. Hello, I am Frank Moody. I am disabled and was with my son shopping in Lebanon, OR. After getting his air cast, we were looking for electric chairs. When we asked two young ladies to help us find a wheelchair, one employee mentioned they were often left in the handicap parking area. Despite checking there first, we didn't find one. This experience upset me greatly, as I had plans to purchase car tires, windshield wipers, and get my truck's tires rotated at the store. I am 47 years old, very upset, and disappointed with the service. I am seeking everything I intended to buy and an apology from the greeter entrance ladies from Friday, 12/11/[redacted]. We had planned to Christmas shop and spend money there, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. My contact number is [redacted], and I await a response from the store. I will also be reaching out to an attorney as I felt embarrassed in front of my son. I will return to the store to discuss this matter with the higher-ups.

I just finished typing my issue to Pearl on live chat, but she redirected me to a webpage asking for my credit card details and a $5.00 payment. I'm a senior who just placed my first online grocery order at Walmart. My groceries are due tomorrow between 1 and 2 pm. I need help applying my 10% discount for the first order and using the promo code VOS10 or getting free shipping for orders over $77. I purchased an office chair from Walmart on Oct. 6 with the intention of giving it to my daughter for her birthday on Sept. 29 after receiving an email that it was back in stock. Although I initially wanted to have it ready for her birthday, I decided to keep it as a Christmas present instead. Upon assembling the chair tonight, we discovered that we received a black one instead of the blue/gold one that was ordered. Unfortunately, the black chair does not match her new room, which is why the blue/gold one was chosen. As the blue/gold chair is now listed as out of stock, I am wondering if it will become available again after the holiday. My daughter cannot use the black chair, so I am hoping the correct color will be restocked soon.

After receiving an email notifying me that the tires were ready, I scheduled an installation appointment. Upon arrival, only one tire was available. The store associate suggested two alternative tires, which I agreed to purchase. Attempting to cancel online has been unsuccessful and frustrating. I work as an employee at Sam's Club, and I am experiencing numerous issues with our front-end manager, other supervisors, MSS's, and a team lead that I don't report to. I am being poorly treated at store [redacted] in Vacaville, California, US. I have been with this store for 5 years, longer than the current managers. I feel like I am constantly being observed and harassed, which is affecting my well-being. This treatment is making it hard for me to focus and maintain my usual positive attitude. I came in for an oil change on 12-08-[redacted] at 11:58 am with service order [redacted] for my [redacted] PT Cruiser at the Walmart store in Arkansas City, KS, store number [redacted]. Shortly after leaving, my car started running rough, then died with the oil light on. After checking the oil level and adding more, it still won't start, possibly damaging the fuel pump. I'm currently without a car and need assistance to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].00 for tires I purchased but never received from Walmart. My experience has been frustrating, as I have encountered similar issues to other customers. The online tire sales process needs improvement to prevent these errors. I have provided detailed information to six Walmart employees, but the issue remains unresolved. I need to purchase an air mattress over the phone or through PayPal as I am unable to access the online ordering system. I had to cancel my old account due to forgetting the password, and I do not have email access because I use a library computer. This mattress is not available elsewhere, and I have been attempting to get it for three days. I am unable to visit the store because my car is not working, and I prefer not to go to public places right now. Please respond quickly.

I scheduled a delivery for December 24th at 10:30. However, I experienced issues with receiving my groceries as no one arrived even after multiple calls and being placed on hold. Consequently, my husband had to pick up the groceries around 3 pm. To make matters worse, I was charged for the delivery, express delivery, and driver's tip. Although the charges appeared to be processed on the morning of the delivery, the entire amount was deducted and then withdrawn again today, causing my account to be overdrawn. I am seeking a refund for the delivery fee and tip that were charged to my account.

I need to update my email and phone number on my Walmart Green Dot Money Card, but I've been unsuccessful in reaching customer service despite calling 32 times over the past two days. Every time I call, I wait for over an hour, only to be disconnected. The website claims to have email and online chat support, but they are not available. Moreover, my account email was not changed as requested a month ago, rendering me unable to access my account. They flagged my wife's card on our family account when I transferred money between cards, which we've done before without issue. They want the primary account holder to submit their ID for approval, but after doing so, her account remains locked and under review. My current card is also wearing out, and they require me to lock the account to send a replacement, which will take at least 10 business days to arrive, causing further inconvenience as it's my only account and I need access to my funds urgently. The limitations on withdrawals exacerbate the situation, especially considering the advertised hassle-free service. This has put me in a difficult spot where I can't even pay bills or know the status of my funds, creating undue stress and financial strain.

I recently placed an order through Instacart for groceries from Walmart. Two weeks ago, I ordered 3 bananas, which were missing from my delivery. Yesterday, I received a large order, but the milk provided was incorrect. I had requested fat-free half-gallon milk but received a gallon of Vitamin D milk, which I cannot consume. Additionally, the fat-free vanilla yogurt I ordered was replaced with small cups, which I did not want. The items are usually left at my front door, leaving me no opportunity to address issues at delivery. The shopper did not communicate any need for replacements, causing an inconvenience as I would have canceled the item. Accuracy is crucial as we have a tight budget. On a positive note, Lucero, the delivery person today, was exceptional. She kept me informed about the replacements through text messages, which I appreciated. Thank you. On October 29, [redacted], I purchased a Mainstays 1500W Mechanical Oil Filled Electric Radiator Heater, WSH07O2ABB, Black. Unfortunately, over this past weekend, I noticed that the temperature control is no longer functioning properly. Upon checking online, I saw that the item is returnable until December 30, [redacted]. Despite being just outside of the return window, I would appreciate it if Walmart could accept the defective heater since I used it minimally during the three months of owning it. Hello everyone, In the past, I used to face challenges with my online EBT orders but managed to push through. Unfortunately, my Walmart store now only allows EBT for pickup orders. As I rely on public transportation, not having the option for delivery makes it tough for me due to carrying heavy items like two 32-packs of water. At 72 years old, I still manage to handle these tasks alone, but it's becoming increasingly difficult without regular exercise to keep me strong.
