I misunderstood a customer service survey that I recently undertook and would like to alter my answers.*I didn't realise that choosing the number * would be not a good rating for the person who served me and I want to correct it as his service to customers is above the rate of ** it is excellent . Craig has helped me with mobile phones for many years now and I always like to be served by him as he always goes above and beyond with his customer service.*Unfortunately, I chose the number * because it is God's number and I was choosing * as a Good thing a God blessing.*I apologise for any inconvenience or disruption my foolish number choosing has caused with rating the service I received on the ********** with Craig at Vodafone outlet at Lake Haven Shopping Centre, Central Coast , NSW, Australia, reference no: *-************* my account no: ********* and mobile no: **** *** ***.*Can you please alter my survey choices from * to ** for all questions please, as I was not thinking clearly when I answered the survey, (I normally don't do them) as I am currently in state of bereavement due to the recent death of my mother.*I feel very embarrassed that I have given the wrong impression about the customer service I received, so please on my behalf change the survey answers and commend Craig for his friendly and outstanding customer service because I dropped back to the shop today to ask a question about the phone as Craig always says if you have any problems or have any further questions about the phone or your plan, don't hesitate to come back and see me and I will help you and today when I did, he asked me if he had spent enough time with me on the day of the sale or was there something that I wasn't happy with his service and I replied no there was no problems at all, why do you ask and then of course he replied because of the survey answers and that's when I realised my mistake and he is so kind and generous when I said I will call vodafone to explain, he said not to worry about it, that it was ok and I called but couldn't get through to speak to someone about giving a compliment to a sales assistant with excellent customer service and changing a current survey answer, so please understand why I am sending this message in the hope that nothing negative will reflect on Craig's friendly and caring service to customers as I feel awful about giving the wrong impression about the service that I received because I have been a happy customer of Vodafone for a very long time now and have never had any reason to complain about any products or services.*Yours sincerely*Julie Green*Unit **** Sunrise Avenue*Budgewoi, NSW, Australia***** *** ***
