I signed up for Stamps.com, but I don't get it despite the fact that USPS Informed Delivery indicates that it will arrive on that given date. This happens repeatedly. This is the magazine that includes updates on stamps, *st Day Covers and other offerings. IS THE MAGAZINE BEING DISCARDED BY AN USPS employee or staffer? Please advise me on this.
