I sent a package out back on December **th. It was Out for Delivery on December **st. However, it has been stuck on "Awaiting Delivery Scan" since January *st, which was two weeks ago now. My buyer is very irritated that their item has yet to arrive. I would appreciate some help getting this item delivered to my customer. In case it's helpful, the tracking number is **********************.
