This is my first time experiencing an issue with UPS. The driver left my package against a column at the top of our three-step covered front porch instead of placing it by the front door, which would have been more convenient and secure. Our porch can shield packages from the weather, and placing it at the front door would have kept it out of sight from porch thieves. Unfortunately, the location where it was left exposed it to the elements and made it an easy target for porch pirates. In my opinion, the driver's actions seemed lazy.

This is my first time experiencing an issue with UPS. The driver left the package against a column at the top of our three-step covered front porch. If he had walked six more steps, he could have placed it at the front door, which is more convenient for the customer. Our covered front porch can protect packages from the weather, so he could have placed it out of sight from porch pirates. Unfortunately, the package's placement made it susceptible to weather conditions like wind and rain, and easily accessible for porch pirates. In my opinion, it seems like he was being lazy.

The delivery person is leaving packages on my back porch in the open. I am disabled and going up and down stairs is risky for me. I would prefer the packages to be placed on the front porch up the ramp as requested. The driver walked past the front entrance to access the open back porch, despite instructions to leave packages on the front porch. When I called customer service, the automated voice mentioned that the driver supposedly placed the packages on the front porch, which is not accurate. I received an email from UPS informing me that they couldn't complete my delivery and need more details to attempt delivery again. I tried to reach out to UPS but the automated system said the tracking number I provided was incorrect. The tracking number I have is 1Z81WV[redacted]65. Today, I was at home all day except between 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. when I was at the hospital emergency room in Madisonville, TX, receiving treatment for severe flu-related respiratory issues. I'm experiencing an issue with the delivery of my laptop from the Apple Store. Due to an error with the IP address, the package was sent to the wrong address via UPS. I've informed UPS that I don't reside at the incorrect address where the package was delivered. While the website indicates the parcel was not delivered, I can't change the delivery address as the function is not available without the UPS InfoNotice number. Although I've reached out to UPS and was advised by UPS France to wait for the first delivery attempt to change the address, I am still unable to do so on the website. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect guitar from Thomann in Germany. Upon realizing the error, I contacted UPS and was advised the guitar would be returned to the sender. Despite this, the guitar appeared to continue its journey from Louisville, KY, to Phoenix, AZ, and then to Tucson, AZ. To rectify the situation, I visited a UPS store in Tucson and reiterated my request for the guitar to be returned. The UPS store representative contacted the distribution center in Tucson, AZ, and I was assured that the guitar would be sent back to the vendor in Germany. This interaction occurred on the afternoon of 1/12/[redacted]. Despite monitoring the tracking status regularly, there have been no updates since. I am seeking clarification on the current status of the guitar. The tracking number is 1ZAY[redacted][redacted].

In December, my iPhone 14 Pro Max encountered issues with address verification by T-Mobile and UPS. Despite repeated efforts to confirm the address, UPS returned the phone twice to the sender. After going through the ordering process again with T-Mobile, the same address issue persisted, leading to another return of the iPhone. Despite assurances from UPS, the second iPhone was also sent back. A UPS representative indicated that the driver might face disciplinary action. I have faced no problems with other deliveries, raising concerns about the specific handling of the iPhones. I urge T-Mobile to update my delivery information promptly and address any flagged account issues. As a person with disabilities relying on deliveries, the situation is impacting me significantly. I placed an order for a phone through AT&T and was informed that it would arrive within 1-3 days, meaning anytime after the order. On day 2, the package was left outside my door without any notification. Despite being home, I did not receive a knock from the delivery person but instead from a child with an empty box. The outer box had my neighbor's name and apartment number, while the smaller box inside contained my information, yet the new device was missing. I suspect it was stolen. I have reached out to AT&T to file a claim, and I believe they will be in touch with you. It would be greatly appreciated if deliveries could be made in person with a knock on my door before leaving. I am simply eager to receive my device.

I received printer cartridges from Carrot Ink, and they were just small messy bags of ink that didn't fit properly. After contacting them and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, they finally responded with return instructions. I was informed that the payment for my claim would arrive today, but I have yet to receive it. The claim status does not show any payment via ETF or Check. I was assured it was being processed and should arrive within 10 business days from January 13th, [redacted]. I tried reaching out to UPS for assistance but got disconnected from support three times, leaving me frustrated after spending over an hour and a half trying to resolve this matter through UPS support.

I was informed that I would receive payment today, but it has not arrived. I have experienced ongoing delivery issues with UPS for a couple of years now. Despite numerous attempts to contact UPS to correct the problem of my packages consistently being delivered to my neighbor's house, I have been stuck in an unproductive loop. The challenge lies in the fact that UPS only focuses on resolving the immediate delivery concern rather than addressing the underlying issue of all my deliveries going awry. In contrast, FedEx has been reliable in bringing packages to my doorstep. I have even requested the senders to specify delivery to my address, to no avail. Unfortunately, I am unable to opt for signature-only deliveries as I am not present at home to receive packages. I have been unsuccessful in finding a direct contact number for the UPS hub to speak with someone in authority to resolve this persistent problem. The automated system and customer service at UPS have been unhelpful and frustrating. The hassle of locating misdirected deliveries has caused inconvenience, including losing plants I ordered. It is unfair to burden my neighbor with redirecting packages meant for me. Opting for alternative shipping carriers is preferable, but some vendors solely utilize UPS for deliveries.

For the past couple of years, I've been facing issues with UPS delivering my packages to my neighbor's house instead of mine. Detaining the Tate brothers without new evidence being presented is unfair, as acknowledged during the hearing. 7. Unfairness was also evident in the limited time given to the Tates' lawyers to review the case-file before the initial hearing, hindering their ability to prepare a proper defence. 8. Given the events and concerns over the judicial system in Romania, it is crucial for the UK and US to ensure their citizens are granted strong legal protections.

I have noticed a discrepancy regarding a recent UPS delivery to my address. The UPS driver scanned four packages but only left three on my porch. My security camera footage shows the driver walking away with one package that was originally placed on my porch. I received four delivery confirmation emails, but upon further inspection, one package was scanned twice. I filed an international complaint. I sent a package to Italy that never arrived. I shipped an artwork (a painting on canvas) for the Rome Biennale. When I inquired at the shipping office, the attendant assured me it would take 10 days to arrive. I trusted this information and sent it on the 8th of November [redacted]. After 10 days of tracking, the painting had not left the country. I complained at the USPS office and was given a phone number ([redacted]) to call. I spoke with the manager in Spanish, and they mentioned that the time taken was for leaving the country, contradictory to what the initial employee had stated. I need a refund for the shipping cost due to the delays and inconveniences that have affected my exhibition at the Biennale. The painting was eventually returned to the U.S. after spending weeks stuck in customs in Italy. It has been an unfortunate process where I have lost money, time, and missed out on the opportunity to showcase my artwork. I hope for a reimbursement considering the time and financial loss experienced.

Re: 1Z6W38X[redacted]4 Today, a package was delivered and left 20 feet from my door on the sidewalk, in an insecure area. I saw the driver throw the package over a gate at the entrance to my property and walk away before I could call out to him to bring me the package. I am homebound and unable to retrieve the package. Normally, the drivers who come here deliver the package to my door. This type of delivery is unacceptable given the risk of package theft and poor handling. Snow is expected tonight, and it will be near zero by tomorrow morning. Luckily, the package contents were shipped frozen, but they could be ruined if snow covers the package. I have informed a neighbor via email to bring the package to me. The person responsible for this behavior should face consequences for their laziness and failure to do their job properly. This situation is unacceptable for various reasons.

I have been assured multiple times that my delivery will arrive, but it never does. I am requesting a call back from the local manager as this issue has not been resolved. Despite being promised a delivery on the same day as a prior call, it never arrived. I indicated my willingness to accept an early morning delivery this week, but that also did not happen.
