I am having trouble tracking my package with the number 1ZW[redacted][redacted]. The computer tracking system indicates it's being held for pickup. I created a UPS account under the name RobertaLong for more details but have not received any useful information. I have called the UPS phone service for three days in a row, but I keep getting a recording with no option to speak to a customer service representative. The recorded message says the package is out for delivery and that I should expect a call within an hour, but I have not received any calls after trying for three consecutive days. I am unsure about what steps to take next and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I placed an order for Airforce 1 sneakers on Footlocker last Wednesday, February 3rd. I received an email informing me that the shoes were on their way and due to arrive at my home address on the 4th. However, upon checking my emails later, I discovered that the package had been delivered to a local newsagent instead of my home. I visited the newsagent on Monday, but they couldn't locate the parcel and suggested that UPS may have taken it back. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and would greatly appreciate any assistance in locating my trainers.

Good morning, I have reached out before regarding the UPS delivery situation at our office building. The delivery person for our route keeps leaving packages in the foyer, where they are vulnerable to theft by anyone passing by. We have a buzzer on the left side of the door that the delivery person needs to ring for immediate assistance. This has not been a problem until the new route driver started. This is a significant concern that needs to be addressed promptly.

Tracking number 1Z55920X[redacted]. The website shows that my package has been at the local UPS facility in Brooklyn since February 4. It's now February 9, and there haven't been any updates since then. I'm hoping for a status update. I've enrolled in UPS My Choice but still can't access more information. I just want to confirm if the package is still on its way or if I should contact the company to request a replacement. Appreciate your help in updating me. Thank you.

I placed an order for a hose reel from THELASHOP on January 19, [redacted]. After receiving an email with a UPS tracking number, I found it wasn't active. Although THELASHOP claimed it was ready for shipment, contacting them later showed no record of my order. Two issues occurred; our credit card was charged, and I cannot access the website to review my order. Can someone please help me with this situation?

I have been attempting to track a package I registered, but now it is asking me to verify my email. I have been trying all day, as there have been recent incidents of stolen packages in my area, and this package contains my ATM card which I cannot risk falling into the wrong hands. Despite speaking with a UPS representative at 1-[redacted] who instructed me to call back at 9 p.m. if the package did not arrive, I have been unable to get through on the phone. They assured me at 7:30 p.m. that they would locate the driver, but I have had no success in reaching a live person or verifying my email. The situation has been very frustrating, and I am concerned about the package potentially being stolen.

I am extremely frustrated. I have contacted multiple times regarding a package that is only 20 miles away from my customer but has not been delivered. Despite informing the company, there has been no follow-up, causing me to receive numerous emails from the customer. This delay may result in our financial loss if we have to replace the item. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication and assistance received. It has been challenging to reach a representative and even harder to get a resolution. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I urgently require assistance today! The tracking number for the missing package is 1Z[redacted][redacted], registered under BDI's account [redacted]. Unless this issue is addressed promptly, I will escalate it until it is resolved, as the package should have reached the customer who ordered it back in November. I reported this problem over a month ago, and it needs to be rectified immediately.

The local UPS delivery personnel often struggle to communicate with the residents of my condo when packages arrive. It seems there is a lack of training around the process. The solution is rather simple. At the front entrance, there are clear instructions to follow. Drivers need to scroll down on the directory to find the condo owner's name or number, then ring that owner's phone by pushing the designated button. The owner can then either buzz the driver in to drop off the package in the lobby, or they can meet the driver in the lobby to collect it. Unfortunately, it appears that the drivers either lack proper training or are unwilling to follow these steps correctly. As a result, packages end up undelivered with notes left on doorsteps, causing inconvenience for the owners who then have to arrange for redelivery or find out where to retrieve their packages.

I have been using UPS more frequently lately. I regret to say you have among the worst customer service of any company I've dealt with - and that's a very low bar to sink beneath. To start, you make it virtually impossible to reach a live human being by phone. In my book, that's a capital sin. I need to track a package I sent for which I've lost the tracking number. To do that, I need the same tracking number I lost! Catch 22, anyone?! What sadist dreamed up that procedure? You could easily make a history of sent packages visible online on the account holder's site, the way Amazon (or pretty much any company on the planet) does with orders. But no. Just terrible. I will provide my email below, but I prefer a call at home with a number I can call back on without getting trapped in your tortuously endless phone system, whose sole purpose seems to be making it impossible to get live help.

I ordered medication for my cancer treatment on 2/8, with delivery scheduled for 2/12. The package originated in Louisville, KY, but inexplicably went to Newark, NJ, only fifty miles from me, before being sent back to KY. I am now without my necessary medication until the delayed delivery on 2/15. This situation is beyond frustrating, as it seems like a simple delivery was mishandled by UPS, causing me unnecessary stress. I hope my health doesn't suffer due to this oversight.

I had an engagement ring sent to me from Chicago with a guaranteed delivery at 11 am yesterday. Unfortunately, I received three different stories about the delivery status which caused confusion and frustration. The first story claimed it would be delivered at 10:30 am, the second stated it would arrive between 5 pm and 8 pm as the package was on the truck, and the third story said the package was still in Chicago at 9 pm but in Phoenix with a planned Saturday delivery. It's now 11 am on Saturday, and there has been no call, the package is now in transit to Tucson. I tried calling but your computer answering system is difficult to navigate, my phone number is [redacted]. The tracking number is 1Z2E696VA[redacted]29. I am worried about the quality of service and am considering reaching out to the BBB and Attorney General to address this issue. I hope this feedback reaches the company's president for review.

Hello UPS, I sent a package to my family in India on January 18th from Bothell, WA but it has not arrived after 26 days. Here is a summary of what happened: - January 18th: I shipped the package to Mumbai, India for $[redacted] and provided a local phone number. - January 24th: The package arrived in Mumbai, but the receiver was not contacted by UPS India despite the correct phone number. - February 4th: After several follow-ups with UPS in the US, UPS India finally contacted the receiver but is now requesting warehouse charges and a [redacted]% inspection by Indian Customs, which could damage the contents. I hope UPS can resolve this issue promptly without additional charges or inspections that may harm the package. Thank you.

I have been receiving notifications for days about the delivery of my package, but it never arrived. After tracking the delivery truck's location on a map provided by the company, I realized they didn't even come to my street. The package was supposedly back at the facility according to the map. I was informed the package would be delivered the next day, but it never showed up. When checking on the UPS website, there was no tracking information available. After several days of this, I contacted customer service to hold the package at their facility. Upon visiting, they said the package was not checked back in. I filed a claim, but received an email stating there was no delivery attempt. The investigation was closed, but after complaining, they agreed to reopen it. There has been no progress for the last 3 to 4 days. Now, the company I ordered designer glasses from is refusing a refund or to send a replacement. Despite filing a complaint with the BBB today, the issue remains unresolved.

I placed an order for a new phone on Tuesday night and selected expedited UPS delivery, paying an additional fee for quicker shipping. The package was scheduled to arrive yesterday, but due to a snowstorm in the region, it has been delayed. The tracking information now shows that the package has arrived in Little Rock, near my location, but does not provide an estimated delivery time. As a "my choice" customer, I am unable to access additional options or detailed tracking. My existing phone is set to stop working at midnight, and being a single mom with health issues, including heart problems, I am anxious about not having a phone. I am hoping to receive the package today, but if not, I am concerned about not having it until Monday. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I need assistance with a shipping issue. I have a package with a preprinted label and tried to use UPS but got routed to Sendium, who claims to be associated with both your company and Fedex. I paid the shipping fee and requested a pickup for Friday, February 19. My confirmation number is ONPK2[redacted]93. Today is Saturday the 20th, and the package is still on my porch. I have tried contacting them via text five times with no response. I cannot find a phone number for them. I hope this company is reliable. I received an email notification that my package with tracking number 1Z449W[redacted]08 was delivered. I promptly went to my front door to collect it, as indicated in the email, but it was not there. I searched thoroughly around my house, but the package was nowhere to be found. Following this, I filed a claim immediately. The UPS driver was in close proximity, so I suggested reaching out to Cedar City to have him retrieve and deliver my package. Two things transpired after I submitted my claim. Despite requesting email communication in the claim, I received an incomprehensible voicemail instead of an email message. Subsequently, an email titled "an important delivery from UPS Customer Service" arrived, containing a PDF document mentioning someone named MARY MCKIM acknowledging receipt of the shipment. I did not acknowledge any receipt as I did not receive my package. My attempts to contact via phone were futile as the automated system was unhelpful. Kindly communicate with me via email to update me on your efforts to locate my missing package. It's worth noting that your drivers have delivered packages to incorrect addresses before, as I have received numerous misdelivered packages in the past year that I had to redirect myself.

Hello, I have encountered issues with UPS delivery services in my area for the past two days. Despite being close to my address and having someone authorized to accept the packages, I received messages citing delays due to emergency situations or weather, even though the drivers were in the vicinity all day. There was no knock on the door, and no UPS vehicle was seen in the driveway. I have been diligently monitoring the online map, confirming that the drivers did not show up. I am expecting packages from PA Wine and Spirits, with tracking numbers [redacted] and [redacted], addressed to Paul Hake at [redacted] Baltimore Pike, East Berlin, PA [redacted]. I request timely delivery without further delays, especially since I will be available on 02.24.[redacted]. If necessary, I am willing to pick up the packages directly from the Carlisle, PA facility. I was expecting a package today worth $10,[redacted]. A UPS Representative just informed me it's "Lost". This is surprising as tracking shows no activity beyond the expected delivery date, which was yesterday. The tracking number "1z84092r[redacted]" has no updates. I need help and keep getting disconnected. I want to speak to a manager due to the package's value.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the delivery of my packages. I have made several attempts to address this with UPS over the phone without success. I have explicitly requested that all deliveries be left at the front door of my house, yet packages are consistently being left elsewhere, such as at the detached garage, basement garage, or at the bottom of the steps. Even with instructions printed on the label, like on the recent delivery with tracking number 1Z09R01AYW[redacted]6, stating "leave package at front door not on steps," the package was still left at the basement garage. Today's delivery, tracking number 1Z1A[redacted][redacted], was left at the detached garage. While some drivers follow the instructions, others do not. Tracking Number: 1Z6881EY[redacted] My package was expected to arrive between 12:30-3:30pm on March 2nd. Throughout the day, I monitored its progress on UPS MyChoice. Around 6pm, the tracking status showed "Almost There" on the map. Surprisingly, at 6:43pm, it changed to "Delivery Attempted." I went to check the entryway but found no UPS delivery attempt or InfoNotice. Since there was no actual delivery attempt and no notification left, I'm unable to request the delivery to be made to my address instead of a UPS Access Point. Kindly arrange for the delivery to be rescheduled to my address as initially planned.
