I have not received my ticket yet. Could you please update the delivery method to 'print at home'? This is the most secure way for me to obtain the tickets. I purchased two tickets for the Jeff Dunham concert on August 4th back in May, but despite the charge being deducted from my bank account, I have not received the tickets. Notification emails were never sent as promised. I don't want to risk driving [redacted] miles to Columbus and not having tickets. My details are as follows: William Crace, ticket cost of $[redacted].25, and an additional charge of $15.50 for a refund option through Allenze Events. Originally intended for my wife and me, sadly, she passed away on July 4th. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you.

I have been attempting to buy tickets for about 12 hours now. I tried on multiple devices like my phone, computer, and the website, but I kept encountering error codes. This issue is new to me as I've never faced it before. One of the concerts we aim to attend is today. We are interested in buying the 4-pack deal for $80 with early access. We specifically want to buy a 4-pack of lawn tickets for Foreigner in St. Louis and another 4-pack for Nickelback, while my friend plans to get tickets for other events which we are currently unable to purchase. Hello, I am inquiring about my ticket for The Weeknd's concert on July 26th. I currently have a red entrance ticket, but my friend and I have been assigned different entrances, with me having the red one and my friend the yellow one. We are traveling from outside Milan and it would be more convenient for us to enter together. We purchased the tickets together, but the website assigned us different entrances. This morning, I attempted to purchase tickets for Lynyrd Skynyrd but encountered an issue while in the queue. When it was my turn to buy tickets, a message appeared stating that Ticketmaster could not verify that I was not a bot. I was logged into my account, and I already have tickets for upcoming events in my account. Can you advise me on what I should adjust in my browser settings to successfully purchase tickets for this concert? In the past, I have been able to buy tickets for events like Florida Gators, Thomas Rhett, Riley Green, and numerous others without any problems.

I sold a ticket through Ticketmaster over 15 days ago, and I have not received my payment yet. I verified the two small deposits in my bank account and confirmed that my credit card and bank account numbers are correct. Despite this, Ticketmaster has not sent me the money for the ticket I sold on their platform. I am seeking a phone number to speak with a customer service representative. I have exhausted my efforts through email and chat communication and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

We purchased concert tickets several months ago and recently received an email from Ticketmaster stating that there was a mistake in the pricing, requiring us to pay a significantly higher amount. We feel frustrated as we would have made different choices had we been informed earlier. The notification coming only a week before the concert is unacceptable. We urgently request to have a real person address our concerns. It's important to us to have a conversation rather than just exchanging emails. We hope for a fair resolution regarding this issue.

I made a ticket purchase on Thursday, 7/20/23, through event tickets. The tickets were confirmed, but I need to claim them using Ticketmaster. I had an account with Ticketmaster previously, but I forgot my password. Event tickets instructs me to claim the tickets through Ticketmaster. When I try to reset my password, a code is sent to my email. However, when I check my email for the code, the site requesting it disappears. I am unsure how to reset my Ticketmaster account to be able to claim the tickets for the event I am attending tonight on 7/22/23.

I purchased a resale ticket for the Beyoncé concert at Club Renaissance in New Orleans, but I recently discovered that it is only a general admission ticket. VIP Club Renaissance tickets come with merchandise and early entrance, which resale tickets do not include. Is this accurate? I am traveling [redacted] miles to see Beyoncé for the third time this year, and as a dedicated fan, I find it unfair to miss out on these benefits due to resellers who might not even attend the concert. I selected the Orlando venue for the Kiss of Death Tour concert. I live in Tampa, but I was vacationing in Fort Myers when I made the purchase. Despite choosing Orlando, my tickets were switched to Estero, Florida, near Fort Myers, which is not feasible for me to attend. The tickets cost $[redacted], and I cannot make it to a concert 2.5 hours away. I am unable to buy Orlando tickets without a refund. Even if I could sell the ones I have, it seems impossible. Customer service suggested selling them, but I cannot access them properly online to do so. I request a refund as I explicitly chose the Orlando venue. Thank you for your help.

Could someone offer some help, please? A friend booked my ticket for the Tom Jones performance at Cardiff Castle today but didn't realize that it needed to be a companion ticket. I only found out recently and really need my companion to attend with me due to being registered blind. My sister is in touch with Cardiff Castle and Cardiff RNIB to see if they can assist. I purchased tickets to see Penn and Teller. I opted for paper tickets by mail to avoid issues like the $[redacted] loss we experienced with e-tickets for Elton John. However, I received instructions on using my phone as a ticket. I reached out through their chat to address this, but today I received an email with instructions again on using my phone. We specifically chose paper tickets, and the concert is approaching (since 7/20), so this matter needs urgent attention.

I had tickets to see Snoop Dogg at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA, but my plans were derailed when my truck broke down on the way there. I bought Muse tickets through Ticketmaster, but they sent them to an old address on my PayPal account. The tickets were delivered there, then thrown away. Ticketmaster won't re-issue or refund the tickets, claiming they can't void the sent ones. They are not helping to resolve this even though the event is in 2 months. I need a solution to get my tickets back or get a refund.

I am trying to buy tickets for the Usher MY Way Concert at the Dolby Las Vegas Residency, but the website is only showing resale tickets. I'm unable to uncheck the box to search for regular tickets for October 25th. I signed up for an account to get exclusive tickets through my work at LiveNation. After purchasing the tickets, they disappeared, and I did not receive a confirmation. When trying to log back in, it stated that no account existed with my email, despite the payment being deducted from my account. I tried to log in to Ticketmaster to access tickets bought on Vivid Seats. After trying to create an account, I was notified that an account already exists with my email address. When I input my email and attempted to reset my password, I was supposed to receive a one-time passcode, but I have not received any emails on my iPhone, iPad, or HP Laptop. I added customer support to my contacts and reached out to Ticketmaster via email, but have still not received the password reset email. I am unable to chat as I cannot log in. I am stuck in this cycle and not sure how to proceed. Can anyone offer assistance?
