Hello, I need help with the Moulin Rouge show on September 5, [redacted]. I'm having trouble booking two adjacent tickets. I received a message saying, "please do not leave single seats." I tried to purchase them separately, but even after buying one ticket, I can't book the second one next to it. This is a gift, do I need to provide the names of the guests attending the musical? My order number is [redacted]4. I'm in Row 6, could you please assist me in adding Seat 21? Thank you, Peter.

I'm feeling incredibly frustrated with this situation. I purchased event tickets (Tennis) from a ticket reseller, and they transferred the tickets to Ticketmaster for me to download or print. When I tried to sign in to Ticketmaster, I received a message prompting me to reset my password. After attempting to reset it, I received a code in my Outlook email, but couldn't locate the correct screen to input the code initially. Eventually, I found the correct input screen, but the code had already expired. I've made another attempt, but it seems like I'm stuck in a loop with no progress. I just want to access the tickets I bought, despite them being disappointing seats, and I'm frustrated with this resale process.

On January 27th, [redacted], I purchased four Nickelback tickets for the venue in Auburn, WA at the White River Amphitheater on June 30th. The order number is 57-[redacted]/SEA. I used my VISA card ending in [redacted], and the total charge was $[redacted].80. Since then, I had to cancel that card for security reasons. When picking up the tickets at will call, I must present the purchasing card and my ID. Will my bank statement showing the purchase with the original card suffice? Sincerely, BR

I bought collectors tickets for Sting at Scarborough open air theatre online six months ago. Although I paid extra for them, the tickets never arrived by post. When I went to collect alternative tickets at the box office, I received regular tickets and was directed to contact ticketmaster for the collectors tickets. Ticketmaster's help bot told me they cannot assist me based on their terms and conditions. I am frustrated about being over £20 out of pocket, primarily due to the principle of the matter. Not pleased with the situation.

Hello, I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster for the Springboks vs. All Blacks game in London in August. These were the first tickets available at a discounted price. The payment was debited from my account, but I have not received any reference numbers or ticket details. I have been attempting to contact Ticketmaster to resolve this issue, but I have been unsuccessful so far. I did receive one email response requesting my booking reference number, which unfortunately I do not possess. I would greatly appreciate a refund. Thank you.

I bought tickets in April for the Greg Gutfield show in September at the Santander Arena in Reading, PA. I paid for them to be mailed to me and requested the mailing fee. My order number is 27-[redacted]/PHI, placed on Tuesday, April 4th, for 4 tickets. However, I have not received them yet. Good evening, I am Sara Strumenti. I requested tickets for Calcutta's concert on December 2nd, [redacted], in Florence, Italy. The tickets were supposedly delivered to my house's postbox, but I could not find them. Although the tracking information shows they were delivered, I never received them. Can I obtain a printout of the tickets or receive them via email or an online version instead? I bought two concert tickets for my daughter and her friend, along with Express Lane passes and insurance. I sent the tickets to them, but the Express Lane passes and insurance didn't transfer. When I contacted support online, I had long waits and unhelpful responses, including one agent suggesting I share my TicketMaster account details. This is not acceptable and may go against TicketMaster's policies. If the passes and insurance can't be transferred, as was not mentioned during purchase, I expect an immediate refund of 2x $15 for the passes and 2x $9 for the insurance, totaling $48. Additionally, I spent a lot of time on hold on the [redacted] line with no human assistance, and even got disconnected when calling about refunds. The lack of customer support is disappointing.

I'm trying to buy a ticket for a concert in Vienna, Austria. When I use my US account, I get redirected to the Austrian Ticketmaster website. I created an Austrian account, but am unable to log in. I've bought tickets for Austrian concerts before without issues. It's frustrating that I can't use my account across countries. Others have successfully used local Ticketmaster accounts for different countries; I'm struggling to access mine. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I have tickets for The Smile concert tonight at 7:30 at Harrah's Cherokee Center in downtown Asheville. Yesterday, there was a notice that the HVAC is not working, so there will be minimal to no air conditioning at the event. They have arranged extra medical personnel, fans, and free water. However, I have a disability and cannot take the risk of attending with these conditions. Ticketmaster mentioned I could resell the tickets, but I am unable to do so as the "Sell" button is not functional. Due to my disability and the circumstances, I would like a refund for my tickets.

I am attempting to create an account to have my aunt in England transfer my concert tickets to me. Unfortunately, whenever I try to access the Ticketmaster page, I receive a message stating that I may be mistaken for a bot due to various reasons, such as being a fast user, having JavaScript disabled, or using third-party browser plugins. I have tried multiple browsers and devices, but I suspect the issue might be related to my location in Trinidad and Tobago. It is crucial for me to access the website, as my aunt has purchased a hotel package for The Weeknd's Concert in London, and I need the tickets to update the booking under my name.

I bought 2 tickets for the AFL game between St. Kilda and Eagles on July 2, [redacted], at Optus Stadium. I was informed that I am entitled to a $20 bonus. I was advised to reach out to TM for this bonus. The tickets were bought from Ticketmaster on July 28. I have been struggling to reach TM through various online messages, and calling them is proving to be impossible. I hope to receive some assistance soon. Hello there! I bought 2 tickets for The Weeknd's concert on July 7th, and the event is just 2 days away. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the tickets. I reached out to customer support, but even though they said the issue is resolved, it actually isn't. While I do have an order confirmation email, the tickets are not showing up in my Ticketmaster account. I'm unsure what's going on, and I considered calling them, but I've heard their phone lines have long wait times. This is my first time using Ticketmaster, and it's turning out to be quite an unpleasant experience.

I bought four tickets for the Ed Sheeran Concert in Chicago on July 29 as a surprise for my wife's birthday, along with a couple of friends. Since then, my wife had knee replacement surgery in May, and one friend had meniscus surgery on his knee. We are seated in Section [redacted], Row 22, Seats 7-10 at Soldier Field. While they're not in wheelchairs, they worry about climbing to the [redacted] section by the concert date. Is there a chance we can arrange for more comfortable seating, possibly ADA accessible? I have not received my tickets for the Donny Osmond concert on July 28, [redacted]. I purchased the tickets on April 21, [redacted]. Despite changing my delivery preference to mail in June and being charged $3.50 for it, I have not received the tickets. I contacted Ticketmaster on June 26, [redacted] after not receiving them, and they assured me the tickets were mailed out. However, I have yet to receive them and have had difficulty reaching Ticketmaster by phone. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to purchase tickets for the second NFL game in Frankfurt, but encountered an issue when attempting to buy them. After waiting in line at position 12,[redacted], I was directed to the Ticketmaster website but received an error message when trying to make the purchase. It seems like each person can only buy four tickets, which could explain why the arena wouldn't be filled with 12,[redacted] seats multiplied by four. Upon arrival with my friend, we unintentionally disposed of our paper tickets. When approached by a staff member to show our tickets, we faced difficulties displaying them through the Ticketmaster app due to poor signal. This led to us missing part of the show. Despite this, I encountered a situation where my seat was double-booked, and was advised to squeeze in, which was uncomfortable. I sold three tickets in May [redacted] in two separate sales, but I haven't received the payouts yet. One sale for a single ticket shows as paid out, but I haven't received it, and the other says payout not available. I've attempted twice to verify my bank account with the small deposits, but I keep getting an error message to try again later. Customer service hasn't been able to resolve the issue; then, unexpectedly, I got an email saying there was an attempted payout to a credit card I had removed over a month ago. The virtual bank I was using has closed. I'm frustrated with the situation and considering seeking legal advice to ensure I receive the payment I am owed.

I purchased 4 tickets to see Neil Young at the Greek Theatre on July 15, [redacted], via Vivid Seats. Ticketmaster processed the order, but I am unable to access the tickets in my Apple Wallet. When attempting to add the tickets, I receive an error message stating "Pass Disabled (This pass is associated with a different AppleID. Contact Ticketmaster to resolve this issue)." I reached out to Apple customer service, and they suggested that Ticketmaster may have sold the same tickets to two different customers, resulting in someone else already downloading the tickets to their Apple Wallet.

I attempted to purchase Luke Combs tickets during Ticketmaster's presale. After clicking "buy" at checkout, I received a confirmation "safekey" code from Amex thinking it was an email confirmation, only to realize later that it was a separate step I missed. Unfortunately, the code expired, and my purchase got canceled. This is disappointing as my friends and I had already made plans, and now we are left without the tickets we were counting on.
