I have been trying to resolve an issue with my order number 60/[redacted]/UK5 for the Diana Ross event in Birmingham on 20/06/22. The event has been rescheduled twice, and despite reaching out via live chat for the past three days, I haven't been able to access my tickets. The customer service team informed me that my order is archived, but I can see the tickets on my Ticketmaster account. With the event just two days away, I urgently need these 4 tickets. Please email them to me or arrange for collection at the venue. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly as I've been struggling to get assistance through live chat.

I purchased tickets for Kenny Chesney in October [redacted] through eventticketcenter.com. Despite being informed that the tickets were transferred and available for acceptance on 01/11/[redacted], I have not received them. According to them, TicketMaster should have sent an email for me to "accept" the tickets, but I have not received this email as well. My email is [redacted] The concert is on July 2nd, [redacted], for Kenny Chesney, which has been rescheduled twice. I hold seats in Section [redacted], Row 14, seats 17, 18, 19, 20. They indicate that they have requested TicketMaster to re-send the email for ticket acceptance twice, but I have not received it. I am concerned about the $[redacted] I have spent as I should have received the tickets by now, especially with the concert rescheduled multiple times.

I need assistance with a situation related to Guns N' Roses tickets I purchased in [redacted] from Ticketmaster for their London show. Due to Covid, the event was rescheduled twice and is now on 02/07/[redacted]. However, my wife, who originally bought the tickets, has changed her email address and we have moved to a new address. She updated this information on her Ticketmaster profile. When she logged in recently, the tickets were not in the "Upcoming Events" section but in the "Resale" section instead, even though she did not attempt to resell them. We are concerned about whether we will still receive the tickets, especially since they were listed in the resale section. It's frustrating as they were quite expensive and we fear losing the money we spent. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered a problem with the Ticketmaster app on IOS. While trying to access my tickets for an event, I faced difficulty with my password. Despite requesting a password reset and receiving the security code via email, I discovered a glitch. I had to close the Ticketmaster app to access my email for the code, but when I returned to the app, I was redirected to the login page instead of the password reset page. This frustrating cycle repeated seven times until I found a solution by accessing my Ticketmaster account on the web. Following the same steps, I was finally able to enter the code and reset my password. This experience was incredibly stressful, and it clearly highlights an issue within the app that needs to be addressed.

Every time I attempt to log in to Ticketmaster, or even just open the site, I encounter the message: "Pardon Our Interruption As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen: You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed. You've disabled cookies in your web browser. A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running. Additional information is available in this support article." Despite not meeting any of these criteria, I have disabled my VPN and used cellular data, but the issue persists. I am currently abroad and need to purchase a ticket by the end of the week. Is there a solution to ensure I can still buy the ticket on time?

Hello, I would like to address a concern regarding my recent purchase of a ticket for Ross Lynch's concert in October. I made this purchase on June 2, [redacted], but unfortunately, I have not received a confirmation email. Due to not remembering which email address I used for the purchase, I am unable to locate the ticket. The email address you can reach me at currently is [redacted]. I have attempted to access this email account using various passwords, but none have been successful. I kindly request that you resend the confirmation email to assist me in attending the concert later this year. Thank you.

Hello, I have been struggling to reach you due to forgetting to provide my email address. On June 2, [redacted], I bought a ticket to a Ross Lynch concert in Newcastle in October. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email for this purchase. I have attempted to contact you multiple times without success. Although I can access my confirmation by logging in, I can't remember the email associated with my account, but I believe it may be the one I am using to email you now. I have also tried various password combinations to access my account to no avail. It would be greatly appreciated if you could email me my confirmation details. The ticket should be under the name Lisa F. or Rebecca F., and the payment was made using a debit card ending in [redacted]. Thank you.

I requested the tickets to be delivered to my house but they have not arrived, and the event is less than 5 days away. I've been trying to contact your company for two months to sell the tickets since I can't attend the event anymore. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service and lack of response, I now have no time to resell the tickets and still haven't received them physically. Every time I asked for copies of the tickets, I was told they'd be available on an app or for delivery, but I have no proof of this. I paid a lot for the tickets, so I would like a full refund since I couldn't resell them and might not even make it to the event. I'm very disappointed with this situation, especially considering your company's reputation. I hope to hear from you soon. Regards, M. Marichal-Taylor

Hello, I'm Elisabet Juan. I purchased two tickets for the Arcade Fire concert on September 25, [redacted], in Bordeaux. I was told the tickets would be sent to my address in Budapest within 7 days. My reference number is [redacted]29. After a few days, I received an email stating there was an issue with the ticket location and that I needed to provide a PDF to receive them. I can't create the PDF myself as I paid for delivery and I am unsure about the status of my tickets. I am unable to print the tickets, and they have not arrived yet. I am struggling to find a solution or speak to someone for assistance. I am hoping you can assist me. Thank you, Elisabet

Hello, I am David Galvez, and I have been using Ticketmaster for ordering concert/event tickets. Lately, I've faced difficulties logging into the Ticketmaster app on my mobile device. I attached a screenshot showing the error message I receive. I purchased tickets for a Santana event, originally scheduled during the Covid outbreak, now rescheduled for June 18th, [redacted] at the Banc of California Stadium. Despite waiting for two years, I couldn't log into my Ticketmaster account to access my tickets using the app or website. The app doesn't load the website, and the sign-on screen stays black on the website. I tried using another device with no luck. Unable to access my tickets, I missed the concert and wasted time driving to an event I couldn't attend. I changed my password, contacted customer service but found no helpful advice via the FAQs or chat. I seek a refund for my tickets and assistance logging in via mobile. Your prompt attention is appreciated. Please contact me at [redacted] for further communication. Thank you, An avid concert goer

Ticketmaster's recent policy change regarding the purchase of single aisle seats has been disheartening for frequent attendees like me who suffer from claustrophobia and rely on such seating arrangements to comfortably enjoy shows. Being required to buy two tickets for an aisle seat feels discriminatory, especially considering the already higher pricing for these premium spots. This restriction greatly impacts my concert experiences in KY, IN, OH, and TN, as I often go solo and cannot always find companions with the same music interests. I attend around 20-25 concerts a year, so this new rule is posing a significant challenge for future event attendance. I sincerely hope Ticketmaster can provide a solution to accommodate purchasing single aisle seats in special circumstances.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Red Hot Chili Peppers world tour concert at Emirates Old Trafford on June 22, [redacted]. My companion and I purchased two Gold Merchandise tickets and encountered numerous issues throughout the event. Upon entering through gate 10, we felt overwhelmed by the large crowd and lack of clear direction. Despite asking several stewards for guidance to our designated Gold Merchandise Bundle seating, we received conflicting information and were even told that such tickets did not exist. After much effort, we eventually located our seats on the opposite side of the stadium, missing the first 30 minutes of the show. We were disappointed to find that the tickets, priced at £[redacted].00 per person plus a booking fee, did not include the promised merchandise, access to a bar, or satisfactory seating close to the stage. There was a lack of ticket verification, allowing others to freely choose their seating arrangements. This experience left us feeling cheated and unsafe. Attempts to address our concerns at the venue were unfruitful, and I now seek a full refund for the subpar experience we endured. I kindly request prompt attention to this matter and a resolution within 28 days. Best regards, S. Morrisd

We attended the John Fogerty concert at the Del Mar Fairgrounds last night but were disappointed as the general admission tickets were oversold, leaving us with no place to sit. We ended up standing at the back, rows behind others and behind a large column, which obstructed our view. Parking was a nightmare as we were directed around the lot without finding a space. After navigating through, we entered the concert at 8:30, halfway through the show. Sadly, we only got to see half of it. We contacted Del Mar customer service who advised reaching out for assistance due to the event being oversold. We are hoping to either get a refund or exchange the tickets to see John Fogerty next month at the Hollywood Bowl. We traveled 2 hours for the show in Del Mar, and we also lodged a complaint with My Ticket Tracker, who have our details on file.

We attended two VIP shows, one with Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band and the other with the Avett Brothers on June 2nd and 4th. We received an email about redeeming merchandise for one show, but not the other. I am unsure which email corresponds to each show. We had 6 tickets for each event. I tried to use the codes provided for Ringo Starr's show, but I am uncertain if all 6 shirts were successfully ordered. After entering the codes, it appeared that only one shirt was ordered. I have also checked my SPAM folder for any additional emails regarding merchandise redemption, but haven't found any. Thank you.

I have been unable to reach Ticketmaster via their customer service phone numbers as they are constantly busy. I made a ticket purchase on 6/21 for an event on 7/1, but the tickets are missing from my account. Despite receiving an email confirmation on 6/21 with an order number, I cannot find the tickets in my account on the website or mobile app. The amount for the purchase was deducted from my credit card. Given that the event is fast approaching on Friday, I urgently need to speak with a representative about this issue. It is perplexing why, despite receiving confirmation a week ago, the purchased tickets are not appearing in my account.

I have been trying to contact Ticketmaster, but all the numbers I have tried are constantly busy. I bought tickets on June 21 for a show on July 1. Despite receiving an email confirmation with an order number on the day of purchase, the tickets are not showing up in my account online or on the mobile app. The purchase amount has been charged to my credit card. I need to speak to someone urgently since the event is approaching on Friday. I missed a call from Ticketmaster with a voicemail prompting me to press one to speak to a representative. Please reach out to me again. Thank you.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over [redacted] years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage. He discovered the undoubtable source after going through the cites of the word in classical literature. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", can be found in section 1.10.32.

I bought two resale tickets for the Lewis Capaldi concert at Malahide Castle in Dublin through Ticketmaster Exchange in [redacted]. The event was postponed for 2 years due to Covid-19 and rescheduled for Saturday, 25th June [redacted]. Despite the promise that the tickets would be mailed to me five days before the event, I had not received them three days prior. Customer service wrongly claimed the tickets were print-at-home and provided unhelpful online access instructions. After failed attempts to access the tickets, I requested a refund, which was denied due to their resale nature. I argued that as a Ticketmaster purchase, they were responsible for ensuring my access, but their solution led to being turned away at the event, wasting money on tickets, fuel, and missing the concert. I believe I deserve a refund as I was unable to access the tickets purchased. If needed, I can provide order confirmations and email correspondence to support my claims.

Merci.

I am in need of assistance regarding my missing Wireless [redacted] tickets. My order number is 3-[redacted]/UK4. Unfortunately, my tickets have not been received or have been stolen. I visited the Ticketmaster office and spoke with Liam at the reception desk. They are aware of the situation and attempted to arrange a redelivery. I paid £[redacted].00 in full but have not received my tickets. I kindly request that my tickets be sent to me again or a full refund be issued. I would like to request the e-ticket or physical tickets be sent to the following address: 2 Angel Lane Court, E15 1FF, Flat 701D, Stratford. The receptionist mentioned that Royal Mail did not record the ticket's arrival, suggesting it may have been taken. I was away on holiday during that time and could not have received it. Kindly address this issue promptly. Additionally, please invalidate the other ticket not intended for me and process a new one to my address since I have paid in full for it. Thank you.
