I sold tickets to the March 9, [redacted] Patti Smith show at the Fillmore. After receiving an email instructing me to go to "Payment Options" and click on the "Verify Now" button, I encountered an issue. Unfortunately, I could not locate the "Verify Now" button anywhere on the page despite thorough searching. My attempts to seek assistance through Help and Contact Us were unfruitful. The email function was not operational, and the phone system led me in circles before disconnecting. I previously reached out for help two days ago with no resolution. It feels as though they are intentionally making it challenging for me to receive my payment and may be engaging in unethical practices. It appears they are content with potentially reselling the same tickets and keeping money unfairly.

I received an email from the Seattle Mariners on March 13th regarding refund processes for single-game ticket purchases for impacted game dates. They mentioned refunds would be processed within 3-5 business days. However, it has been over 5 days, and I have not yet received refunds for the games on March 26th and 28th. As I bought the tickets through their agency, I suspect the money may have been returned to them. I am concerned about the status of my refunds since both online chat and phone support seem to be unavailable. Can you please provide an update on the refund status for the following orders: Order # 52-[redacted]/SEA and Order # 40-[redacted]/SEA. Thank you. - M.

I bought two tickets (Order# 24-[redacted]/ARZ) for an event which we later decided not to attend. I then listed and sold the tickets (listing#P233B6CF) on ticketmaster.com. I was assured payment within 7-10 business days. However, after waiting for 10 business days and not receiving payment, I discovered that the issue was using the same debit card for ticket purchases and receiving payments. I changed the payment card to my wife's, yet I still have not received payment after the specified time frame. Despite trying to contact Ticket Master via phone, email, and live chat, I have had no luck resolving the matter. I am concerned as Ticket Master seems to have received payment twice – once from me and once from the buyer. I am eager to receive my payment promptly for the tickets I sold well before the event's postponement.

I am currently dealing with a situation regarding having two accounts on the system. One account is associated with my old work email, [redacted], from my time at Sun Life. The other account is linked to my personal email, [redacted], as I am retiring. I accidentally bought tickets for Elton John under my work email. To streamline things, I want to merge both accounts into one using my personal email. I want to be able to view the Elton John concert tickets under this single account. I have tried resolving this online but ended up going in circles. After contacting customer service via email, I discovered the tickets were linked to my work email and not my personal one. Any help in rectifying this mix-up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought tickets for the New York Yankees old timers game on August 9. The game got postponed, and I chose to get a refund. The debit card I used has expired, and I now have a new card with a different number. I realized this after confirming the refund with the old card information still there. The new card is linked to the same bank account. Can the refund be processed to my new card instead?

Subject: Refund Request for Dua Lipa Ticket - EUR 50.02 - Order Number [redacted] I am seeking a refund for a transaction made on December 6, [redacted] through Ticketmaster for EUR 50.02. This transaction was for a ticket to the Dua Lipa concert initially set for April 30, [redacted] in Milan. Due to Covid-19, the concert was canceled and rescheduled for a date in February that is inconvenient for me. The voucher offered does not suit my needs as it cannot be transferred to another person, and I do not regularly attend such events. I kindly request the assistance of customer service in facilitating a monetary refund of EUR 50.02, as neither the rescheduled event nor the voucher option align with my requirements. Thank you, Sara

Hi there, I wanted to inform you that the event you had purchased tickets for has unfortunately been cancelled. The event organisers have reached out to notify us about this cancellation. Due to the current circumstances, our refund process is experiencing delays. Rest assured, we are diligently working on these refunds and will process them back to the original payment method you used for the ticket purchase. Our Fan Support teams are currently handling a high volume of inquiries, so we kindly request you to refrain from contacting us directly. You can refer to our information portal for detailed answers to most of your queries instead. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work through these refunds. Thank you for your understanding. Best wishes, The User

I am having trouble accessing my account. After receiving the first code via email, I am prompted to enter a second code sent to my phone, but the phone just rings without connecting me to the code. I am also unable to make calls to get the ticket. Why is a second code necessary for my account? I cannot engage in email or chat support without having tickets first. How do I proceed? I might use someone else's cell phone, but it's not mine, so how does that help? Linda [redacted] ([redacted])

On June 29th, I purchased tickets for Celtic Woman in Morgantown, WV, for March 31, [redacted]. I received a text message with ticket information, but it was accidentally deleted by my grandchild. When I tried to log in to my TicketMaster account, it said the account didn't exist. I then tried another account I may have used before, but it also didn't exist. I created a new account using my usual email, but my tickets are not showing up. I have the order number 24-[redacted]/ch6, but without access to a valid TicketMaster account, I can't retrieve the seat codes. I purchased the Allianz policy as well. I really need assistance as a 76-year-old, and this situation is challenging for me.

The Cher concert in Kansas City has been canceled twice this year. I purchased 4 tickets for the April 18, [redacted] show for $[redacted].43. The concert was postponed and rescheduled for October 2, [redacted] but got canceled again. All future shows have been canceled until [redacted]. I bought the tickets through Ticketmaster, but they were sent to Flashseats, which is now managed by AXS. They advised me to contact you for a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office and will persist until I get my refund. When I bought the tickets in February, there were many options available, and I chose Ticketmaster for its reputation. However, the ticket transfer between Flashseats and AXS has left me confused and frustrated. I demand a refund for my tickets.

I purchased tickets #9-[redacted]/SEA for a June [redacted] show at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle. The performance was canceled due to COVID-19, and Ticketmaster initially refused a refund for parking and two tickets totaling $[redacted].00. Recently, I received an email stating the show is rescheduled for January 22, [redacted], with a refund offer. Since I will no longer be in Seattle by then, I attempted to contact Ticketmaster through my account, but encountered issues. After trying to chat with them, I was disconnected. Despite multiple telephone numbers, I couldn't reach them. Each time I click on 'contact us' on their website, it loops back to the same page without providing a way to reach out.

I had purchased tickets to see Rage Against The Machine in New York City this summer, which got rescheduled to August [redacted] due to Covid-19. Originally, my weekend show tickets were moved to Monday, August 9, [redacted]. After requesting a change to a weekend show through Ticketmaster in June and paying a $10 per ticket exchange fee, my tickets got moved to Friday, August 6, [redacted]. However, upon checking my Ticketmaster account, my tickets have been shifted back to Monday, August 9, [redacted]. Despite the receipt stating the event date as Friday, August 6, [redacted], my online account and Ticketmaster App show Monday, August 9, [redacted], as the event date. I am hoping to have my tickets moved back to Friday, August 6, [redacted], as previously arranged. Thank you.

Ticketmaster Order # 3[redacted]-3[redacted]-2 As a school superintendent, facing restrictions in my county, I decided not to attend the Bengals game in Ohio. Attempting to obtain a refund without success, I reluctantly tried to sell the tickets. After no luck selling, I canceled the sale hoping to reschedule for a later date, only to find my tickets frozen. With limited choices, I ultimately ended up attending the game alone due to my son's health concerns. It was disappointing as Ticketmaster restricted my account actions without notice. I am seeking a full refund for my inconvenience or at least a partial refund for my son's unused ticket. Ticketmaster's actions left me feeling trapped in this situation. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I am concerned about recent changes to your website. The message advocating for proof of vaccination to access Ticketmaster and suggesting confiscation of funds is alarming. These actions seem to be influenced by extreme political views. The references to President Biden and Vice President Harris are troubling as well. Let's focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive customer experience rather than spreading divisive rhetoric. It's essential to promote unity and respect for all individuals.

I purchased tickets for REO Speedwagon at Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley, AZ for the rescheduled date of November 13, [redacted]. I bought 8 tickets for Section [redacted], Row Z, Seats 1-8. I received an email about canceling the tickets, requested a refund, but it's been more than 3 months and I haven't received it. I tried to reset my password but couldn't access my account. Ticketmaster says my username is already in use when I tried to sign up again. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].70 (minus fees). For further assistance, please email me at [redacted] or call me at [redacted]. Thank you, Mary R.

I am experiencing an issue with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits tickets I bought for the hockey game on 18 December. When checking "my events" on the website, it shows no purchased or received tickets. I would prefer to have the option to print my tickets on paper instead of using electronic ones. Despite multiple attempts to log in, I've had no success. My name is Carlo L. Lucchesi, and my VISA ends in [redacted].

I purchased a ticket for the BTS Map Of The Soul Tour on February 10, [redacted]. The concert was canceled because of COVID-19, and I am still waiting for my refund. I have not received any emails from Ticketmaster, and I believe it's because I may have entered my email incorrectly on the website. I can prove that I made the transaction as I have my order confirmation number. I am seeking information on my refund status, please assist.

I had trouble purchasing a 3-day standard camping ticket for Creamfields. An error caused me to enter my card details twice, resulting in being charged for two tickets instead of one. I am disappointed by the mistake on the Ticketmaster website and request a refund for one of the duplicated tickets charged to my account.

I bought concert tickets from Ticketmaster using my old work email. Now, I can't access the tickets because Ticketmaster keeps sending password reset emails to my outdated work email. I have contacted Ticketmaster multiple times about this issue but have not heard back. The concert is approaching, and I am concerned about getting access to my tickets in time.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share an incredible experience I had recently at the King and Country concert. The tickets were purchased a while ago using my dad's credit card through my iPhone 11. They were e-tickets that needed to be saved on a device for scanning at the door. I had them saved on my Home Screen for months. Unfortunately, while organizing my icons, I accidentally deleted the ticket link. I looked everywhere on my phone and contacted different places for help. Can anyone suggest what I can do in this situation? Thank you!
