I am currently experiencing an issue with Telecheck. They informed me that my file does not show any negative information, yet they claim there is insufficient data in my account to authorize a check. I have been using this account for six months, so it is perplexing that there is not enough information available. Earlier today, I attempted to write a check at Food Lion, and it was declined due to insufficient information. Telecheck stated that they would only reconsider approving another check after seven days. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that none were available during the weekend. I find it hard to believe that there is no one in charge, even on weekends. Both customer service representatives I spoke to repeated the same information verbatim. I urgently require Telecheck to update my information promptly, considering there are currently no negative remarks in my file, and I have been using this account for half a year. I am seeking assistance with cancelling Telecheck services as promised by Payeezy without hidden fees. Despite cancelling all bank drafts, I am still being charged a monthly fee of $25 and an additional $5 processing fee, even when no transactions occur. I want to cancel Telecheck but have misplaced the email address to do so. I am requesting the email address and process for cancellation to avoid the automatic charge of $30 on April 20, [redacted], as I am terminating the service today. If not possible, I ask for reimbursement. I have observed negative feedback online about such issues and will escalate if not resolved promptly. On September 29, [redacted], I issued a check to Meijer Grocery Store for $[redacted].26. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that I was charged $[redacted].26. After discussing the matter with a manager at my bank, BMO Harris, they contacted Meijer and resolved to reimburse me the $10 difference. Subsequently, Meijer sent me a check for the full amount of $[redacted].26. When I tried to deposit the check, the bank manager advised me not to worry and assured me to deposit it with confidence. Unfortunately, this incident led to complications at other stores like Jewell Osco and Strack and Van Til Grocery when they insisted on keeping the checks rather than returning them, causing me embarrassment and inconvenience during my shopping trips. Moreover, I encountered further issues when my recent check to Strack and Van Til was declined on April 29, [redacted], leading me to pay for my groceries with a credit card. This experience has been frustrating, and I am considering switching banks to Chase due to these ongoing check problems.

I encountered issues with two Amazon purchases made using my checking account. Despite sufficient funds and no decline code, the transactions were rejected due to information from Telecheck. My bank confirmed available funds, yet no notification was sent to them about the attempted purchases. Amazon suggested contacting Telecheck for resolution, but after a lengthy hold, they were unable to assist. A call to a different Telecheck number revealed they had not shared any information with Amazon. I attempted to reach Telecheck through their website and customer service line without success. It seems the lack of a check number on the transactions caused a failure in the Telecheck system. I am at a loss for what steps to take next.

On November 29, [redacted], I encountered an issue with TELECHECK claiming they did not receive payment, which resulted in the matter being forwarded to a collection agency. After making a payment to the collection agency, I am now facing contact from another collection agency regarding the same bill that has been settled. Despite the initial payment being processed and received by Telecheck during my first-time use of their service in 30 years, this situation has been fraught with errors. I am seeking to speak with a customer service representative at TELECHECK directly as I find this situation absurd. I am in need of a telephone number that connects me with a live person for a resolution, not an automated menu. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. I wrote a check to Drug Mart in Ashland, OH [redacted], they returned it due to insufficient funds. You resubmitted it, and it cleared. Now they are sending it back to my bank again, causing overdraft fees. Two instances are occurring, with check number [redacted] and another I believe is the same check. This situation is costing me money, and I need it to stop. How can I prevent the constant resubmission to my bank since I have already paid it?

I lost my iPhone and only have access to a landline that doesn't receive texts. I'm trying to pay a $[redacted] deductible to Assurant for T-Mobile using an eCheck. Assurant says they can't process the payment with the information provided and suggested I contact TeleCheck. I've tried calling them but none of the options seem to fit my situation. I need to pay electronically because all my credit cards were also lost with my phone. My main goal is to pay the $[redacted] to T-Mobile promptly so I can get a replacement phone quickly.

I am having trouble placing an order on Amazon using an e-check. They keep canceling my order without providing a valid explanation. Each time I inquire about the cancellations, they provide conflicting reasons. I believe I am being unfairly targeted due to past issues with fraudulent charges that were falsely sent to collections by TRS. After challenging and proving these charges were incorrect, Amazon had to reopen my account but has not fully removed the limitations placed on me and my linked accounts. Despite my efforts to resolve this, Amazon claims that you are instructing them to block my transactions. I am frustrated by Amazon's actions and feel like my rights are being violated. If this continues, I may seek legal advice. Can you clarify why you are influencing their decisions to reject my orders?

Around two weeks ago, I attempted to deposit funds on the FanDuel app but got a notification that the deposit was declined due to my financial institution, even though I've used the same card and bank successfully before. After thinking it might have been a connectivity issue, I tried three more times for different amounts, totaling $60, with no success. Despite not accessing the app since June 19th, I was surprised to find a $60 charge from FanDuel. When I contacted their online chat support, they mentioned something called retry payments, which I found confusing. I receive direct deposits in my bank account regularly, so I wondered why this method wasn't applied between June 19th and July 8th. I explained that the deducted money was meant for an upcoming bill and didn't appreciate being accused of having a gambling problem, considering I only make small $5 bets occasionally. I hope for a resolution where the funds are returned promptly to address this frustrating situation.

Yesterday, Walmart declined my check even though the same account was accepted the day before. Additionally, my husband's check was declined by Tractor Supply Company on the same day. We both have sufficient funds in our checking account, so that's not the problem. The rejection slip from Walmart mentioned a 7-digit code that I can't find, and all I see is a phone number to call and code 4. The reason stated on the rejection slip is 02. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

I need assistance with a billing issue from Northern Lights Casino in Walker, Minnesota. After paying off my debt, I was erroneously charged multiple NSF fees by the casino. My bank confirmed that these charges were from Northern Lights Casino, not from them. Despite settling the debt in full, additional fees appeared in my bank account later on. I wrote a check for groceries and was offered cash back, which I accepted for $50. This would have made my total $86.72, but it was declined. I knew I had enough funds in my account, so I proceeded without the cash back option, and the check went through without an issue. Double-checking with my bank, I confirmed I had $[redacted] available. I returned to the checkout line, trying to get $50 cash back, but it was declined again. I ended up paying for unnecessary groceries with another check. Today, I plan to go back and would like to successfully receive cash back this time.

I am experiencing multiple issues with Telecheck. Firstly, the prolonged time it takes for them to clear a returned check is frustrating. Despite my bank paying the returned check on April 22nd, Telecheck has not updated its system. Secondly, the confusing message prompts when calling in are unnecessary. The instructions to enter a code or not are contradicted by the subsequent questions. Thirdly, after navigating through lengthy phone prompts on a weekend, I was informed at the end that Telecheck was closed, which seems needlessly aggravating. Fourthly, being charged $25 by Telecheck even when my check has cleared the bank is unreasonable. I am unhappy about owing them money when there is no valid reason for the charge.

I noticed two charges on my account from AMAZON MARKETPLATELECHK totaling $[redacted].56 and $72.86. I used the Affirm payment plan for both purchases, and I have been keeping up with all my payments. I remember making the $[redacted].56 purchase a week ago with a $53 down payment. However, I do not recognize the $72.86 charge, but I likely made a purchase of that amount. I am concerned about the sudden charges as I cannot manage paying $[redacted].56 and $72.86 at once. I opted for the Affirm payment plan to spread out my payments and was approved for it. I simply want to go back to my original payment arrangement with Affirm. How can I resolve this issue?
