Today, I visited the Target store in El Centro, California to purchase some new discs and a blood pressure machine as per the app's information. I was initially informed that the blood pressure machine was available but had to wait around 40 minutes. Regarding the discs, I was told they were expected soon but after a two-hour wait, it turned out they hadn't arrived. Upon inquiring again, I discovered the discs weren't actually at the store. When I asked about the blood pressure machine, even though the app showed it as available, I was given excuses that it wasn't ready. Waiting for items that didn't arrive and facing unhelpful staff made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing for me.

I received a package with an empty Apple AirPods Pro box. The exterior box was ripped open and obviously tampered with. Fed Ex delivered it in this state. After contacting Target store, I was advised to come in for a refund. At the store, a young employee was shocked and provided me with a 1-[redacted] # to call Target.com since the order was placed online. Upon contacting the 1-[redacted] #, Lynn assisted me by initiating a ticket that will take 5-7 business days for a response via email. It is concerning that Target may lack control over the delivery process. Despite being home during the delivery, the product was missing upon arrival. This experience has led me to refrain from ordering online from Target in the future. I have photos of the damaged box but no clear instructions on where to send them, and the link for order issues in the email does not work. Assistance is appreciated.

I placed an order for 2 items on Target's website two nights ago. Unfortunately, Target cancelled one item, a Quest pizza, due to it being out of stock. I decided to cancel the sugar-free maple syrup as well since it wasn't worth just going for that item alone. I received a refund in the form of an e-gift card for the syrup but haven't received any refund for the Quest pizza. I paid through PayPal, and I can see the charge for both items. I would like a refund for the cancelled Quest pizza either back to my PayPal account or in the form of an e-gift card.

I am writing to share a concerning experience I had at the Target store in Paramus, New Jersey, located at Bergen Mall, on Wednesday, September 14 around 1:00 pm. While shopping for Halloween costumes with my two children, a staff member scolded me when my daughter accidentally dropped a dress. Despite trying to resolve the situation calmly, the staff member was extremely disrespectful, even going as far as questioning my parenting skills. When I attempted to address the issue, the staff member refused to provide their name and threatened to involve security. I spoke to a manager who also declined to provide a name but promised to address the situation, leaving me feeling unsettled. My main concern is the emotional impact this incident had on my children, who were left upset and unable to enjoy shopping for costumes. I am considering taking further action, as I feel embarrassed and shocked by the entire ordeal.

I believe there is too much focus on remodeling rather than addressing complaints. Recently, contacting CVS in-store has become challenging. I have to endure a lengthy advertisement before selecting a department and waiting on hold. This process lacks efficiency, especially for urgent matters like the pharmacy. Furthermore, the refund system now requires maneuvering through a confusing line maze with carts blocking the way, unlike the previous simple straight line. The introduction of computerized check-out stations has resulted in limited open registers and long lines, making it difficult to navigate through the store. The lack of staff assistance and availability of only store brands instead of the previously stocked name brands add to the frustration. The layout changes and reduced customer service make shopping at CVS less convenient than before.

During my visit to the Target in Niskayuna, NY today, I encountered some issues with the customer service. Upon arrival, there were no carts available. When I inquired a man with long hair who was texting, he mentioned carts were being handled. However, upon checking again later, the carts were not being tended to, and I noticed employees not assisting customers appropriately. An employee on an electric cart was unhelpful and the store seemed disorganized with employees chatting and not taking charge. Another incident involved a female customer inquiring about carts, only to receive an unhelpful response from an employee who seemed disengaged. Overall, the store was messy and lacked the necessary organization for a smooth shopping experience.

I recently received my online order, but the delivery process was a total nightmare. The estimated delivery date kept changing every day, so the final delivery date was completely inaccurate. After waiting for over a week and a half, the package finally arrived. Unfortunately, the item was severely damaged with huge dents on both sides. The experience was frustrating as I was continuously given false hopes about the delivery. The damage is not just visible but severe, making me question if the item even works. Overall, the delay and the damaged product have left me extremely disappointed with the service.

I understand that my order is past the return date, but I no longer need the "Our Generation Cozy Cabin Dollhouse Playset for 18” Dolls." After a mission trip, my granddaughter changed her mind, and I'm hoping for a store credit since the item is still sold in your store. I contacted the Danville, VA store where I ordered it in January, explaining it was unopened, but they couldn't process the return for store credit as promised over the phone. It's disappointing to drive back empty-handed after being honest about the situation. Can you please reconsider allowing me to return the item for store credit? I'm looking forward to your response. Today is the annual 10% discount for gift cards. I took the time to enter seven email addresses and customize messages, but the discount was not applied at checkout. I assumed it would be reflected before placing the order, but it wasn't, and I couldn't choose to use my own gift card for partial payment as intended. This experience has been frustrating. Next year, I will buy gift cards from a different seller. On a positive note, Megan on the phone was able to apply the 10% discount, which will show on my red card. Megan was friendly and supportive.

I am disappointed with the Online Order Pickup service at my nearby Target store. Having the pickup desk combined with Exchanges and Returns causes unnecessary delays. The lone staff member frequently leaves the desk to assist other customers, resulting in long wait times for pickup customers like me. During my last visit, I waited 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me, and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for one of my items to be fetched from another part of the store. By the time I left, the line had grown substantially, and each transaction was taking 5-10 minutes per customer. Separate pickup desks and additional staff are necessary to improve this service. I hope Target addresses these issues at the 12/Dequindre store in Warren, MI. In contrast, my experiences with Best Buy pickups have been much more efficient. - A. Moore

I recently purchased four (4) cans of soup on sale for four for $4 at Target. However, upon checking my receipt, I was charged $4.48. The customer service representative at the returns counter was unable to explain the discrepancy and suggested I return the soup for a repurchase. The second time I bought the soup, it rang up as $1.00 each. This experience leads me to believe that Target may be overcharging customers despite their advertised prices. Additionally, a bagged salad I purchased under a buy one get one 50% off promotion did not reflect this discount on my receipt. Despite pointing out these errors to the customer service representative, I decided not to continue the argument. It is frustrating to see multiple inaccuracies in my receipt, and I wanted to bring this issue to your attention.

Booking Reference: LAPNKW Ticket Number: [redacted][redacted] I made a reservation with your airline for a trip from 7 July to Vienna with a return on 12 July. Unfortunately, the return flight from Vienna to Munich was canceled, and I couldn't find an alternative for that Saturday afternoon, leading me to cancel my entire trip. You promised to refund me the total amount of GBP [redacted].32. I have been trying to follow up via phone calls and emails but haven't received the refund as agreed. I have the CEO's email and plan to contact them on 1 February, along with reaching out to the Guardian Newspaper if the money isn't in my bank account by then. This experience has been disappointing, and I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

On December 21, [redacted], I bought 4 gift cards from my local Target store - 2 Target gift cards and 2 Target Visa cards, all valued at $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the Target Visa cards. They are showing a balance of 0, and there have been unauthorized transactions in another state shortly after purchase. Despite spending hours on the phone from 7 am until about 3 pm, neither Target nor Visa could resolve the problem. Target stated that once the cards are activated, they are not responsible. In-store managers informed me of a nationwide issue but directed me back to the same number without success. As a senior on a fixed income, losing $[redacted] is a significant blow, especially because it impacts my grandchildren's Christmas funds. I am incredibly disappointed in Target's lack of support and am considering taking my business elsewhere unless they rectify the situation.

On 01/07/23 at the Hammond Louisiana location, I had an incident with my newborn baby where I unintentionally put menstrual products in my bag along with other belongings. I was stopped by Target security, cooperated, and received a misdemeanor summons. I have a clean record and never intended to steal. I am willing to pay the $[redacted] even though the items were returned. I hope we can resolve this without charges due to my absentminded mistake.

My friends, family, and I have all observed that recently, commercials from your store exclusively feature Hispanic or Black people ever since the current administration took office. This shift is noticeable to us because your advertising was more diverse in the past. While we understand your efforts to support Hispanic and Black entrepreneurs, we find it concerning that other races are not equally represented. Many individuals in our country find the focus on these two races concerning and view it as an indication of biased policies. The situation is disheartening, especially given reports of the administration selecting cabinet members based on race, gender, and sexual orientation. Such discriminatory practices are unacceptable in employment. The majority of people are disillusioned with the divisive actions of this administration and party. We hope that those endorsing such behavior face repercussions in the future. It's evident that this administration and party are already widely criticized and unpopular. Let's all refrain from supporting businesses that exhibit discriminatory practices.

I had a disappointing experience at the Target in Brandywine Town Center in Wilmington, Delaware. Today, I placed an online order that encountered issues during pick-up due to a busy location. Despite waiting for 20 minutes, one item was canceled without prior notification. Upon checking my order at home, I realized I received the wrong size of Cheerios and also got an incorrect item for Lucky Charms. The canceled item was still available on the Target app. The time wasted on the incorrect order could have been avoided had I shopped in-store. This experience was unacceptable considering the amount of money I regularly spend at Target.

I purchased two Apple gift cards on 03/18/23, one for $25 and the other for $[redacted]. When I attempted to redeem the gift cards, only the $25 one went through. An error message appeared stating, "The iTunes Store is unable to process gift certificates at this time." Despite multiple attempts and reaching out to Apple Support without success, I couldn't redeem the $[redacted] gift card. After a day of troubleshooting, I was advised to contact the retailer where I bought the gift cards. I need assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you for your help.

This is the first time I paid online, but it seems the payment didn't go through. Today, I received a bill with the previous balance, current purchases, and additional fees that I'd like to have removed. I typically pay on time, as you can see from my payment history. My spouse and I need assistance regarding our Red Card. Unfortunately, we have not been receiving our bills in the mail. We have resorted to using Doxo to make our payments. However, when attempting to check the balance online or by phone, we encounter difficulties in getting the necessary information. On the Red Card website, despite entering the card details and security information correctly, the system indicates an error without specifying the issue. We are eager to know our balance accurately and would like to receive our bills via postal mail moving forward. Your support in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While shopping at Target, I selected a mop and was startled when security accused me of removing an alarm tag, which was not the case. Initially, they suggested going to the front desk together, but then a confrontation ensued, with additional employees making hurtful remarks about my integrity. I have never engaged in stealing activities and maintain a clean record. Given that I run a daycare nearby, the incident was particularly distressing. Eventually, my cart was taken away, and in the chaos, my purse got left behind, which I have not been able to retrieve due to the store closure.
