My Snapchat account has been hacked. The hacker changed the email address and password, and is sharing my photos. I've asked my friends to report and block the account. I want the account deleted, but Snapchat support isn't assisting me. I've had the account for 8-9 years with the same details: username oli2525, email [redacted], birthday March 5, [redacted], phone [redacted]. Snapchat should be able to see this information. Can someone please help me?

Hello, I am having issues with my Snapchat account, sienna.rose1x. A few days back, it got hacked, and despite numerous emails to Snapchat, I haven't received any response. Consequently, my account got permanently locked without any option to appeal. I am frustrated by the lack of support and have now sought help from pissedcustomers.com. I have followed their advice, but the situation remains unresolved. I have always abided by the community guidelines and utilized the platform as a safe space. This ban has significantly impacted my mental health as it contained sentimental photos and crucial evidence for the police regarding an incident. It was also my means to communicate with my brother. This issue needs urgent attention.

My friend used my phone number to create a Snapchat account, and now that account has been blocked. Strangely, my own Snapchat account is not working on my phone, but it works on another device. I believe if there was an issue with my account, it should have been the one blocked. I am unable to understand why my account is not functioning on this specific phone. My friend created an account using my number, but his account got blocked, affecting my account on this device only. However, my account works fine on another mobile. I received a message stating that my access to Snapchat is temporarily disabled due to unusual activity. I'm trying to regain access to my old Snapchat account, "Thelegend_bobo." However, I have a new phone number and a new account now. The issue is that my new number is linked to my current account. When I attempt to reset the password using the "forgot password" option, it only changes the password for my new account. Since my old account was verified with a different number, I need to use the old number for the password reset. I'm struggling to find a way to recover my old account without affecting my new one. I am dismayed by the service I have received. My account was locked, and despite providing evidence like a police report and proof of unauthorized access, my appeal was rejected. I have valuable family photos on my account that I cannot afford to lose. I am extremely upset by the way this has been handled.

I am having trouble accessing my account. The system won't allow me to create a new one either. I suspect my device is banned or possibly compromised by a hacker. I've attempted to create a new account on my tablet without success. Even trying to log in on my phone using the new account has failed. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can regain access. I had ongoing streaks that are now interrupted. I am unsure why my phone was banned, but if necessary, I am okay with deleting the account if it will resolve the problem. Please address the device ban as I believe I have been hacked.

I am a 13-year-old and my boyfriend is the same age. On June 3rd, [redacted], he encountered an online individual named Michael Hills, also known as Mikey from New Hampshire, who is 18 years old. Since then, he has been continually harassing us. Mikey's Snapchat username is mike_nike05. Today, he called my boyfriend on Snapchat, making sexual jokes and inappropriate comments despite our protests. I declined his inappropriate request to see his genitals, and my boyfriend, for safety, started screen recording the conversation. Approximately 17 seconds later, Mikey exposed himself on Snapchat FaceTime. This behavior is unacceptable, and he must be banned for harassing minors and making them uncomfortable.

I signed up for Snapchat Premium intending to pay monthly, but was charged for a year instead of just the monthly option. I went to change my billing to monthly, but it added on another payment, leaving me with both plans for 13 months. I only wanted to try it for a month and now I have a balance of 85p in my account. I have reached out to your support team over [redacted] times because my account was compromised. Please assist me. Recently, I allowed my little brother to use my phone for his account, which resulted in both our accounts being affected when his was terminated. I have since created a new account on my phone, given the circumstances of the hack which likely involved a virtual machine leading to a device ban. Considering I have always abided by the app's terms of service without any prior warnings, I believe I deserve a chance to reactivate my account. I have full access to the necessary email and phone number. I am willing to cooperate with any requirements to reinstate my account.
