Urgent issue**Hi **Yesterday afternoon I booked a car through rentalcar.com (pick up at the airport in Palermo*Sicily - bring back at the airport Catania*Sicily). Through the process I couldn't see that there could be a one-way fee. Normaly that one is included in the price.**After getting my voucher I have seen, that there is a fee, but now I'm not sure if there is an extra fee or not. I wrote to *****@***.com', but haven't got any answer yet. I don't know how to reach them.**Could you help me to get an answer by today afternoon? I need to know because it could be quite expensive. How GetHuman-acarruba fixed the problem
After looking around in the Internet, I found out, that RentalCars has a chat service. *This was great and I got an immediate answer. In effect, there is an extra one-way fee to pay at the office * station in Sicily, when renting a car via RentalCars. I told them, that it is not 'user friendly', when the customer has to 'search' for hidden extras. They should show 'unavoidable' costs with the amount to pay on an extra line.
