Unfortunately, I received an email informing me that my booking was canceled due to unavailability. I would like to raise your attention that it won’t make any difference for what car is provided so if the car is not available i am totally fine with another similar car. I have been disappointed by this message and I would like to kindly request to rebook with the same price given the facts I have chosen you over any other competitors during that time whereas prices were all equals to yours, If you can’t accommodate my request I will never deal with you again as this is from human to human that I have put my faith in you for my booking and this is going to ruin my vacation due to budget limit which planned a long time ago. I wish you can reconfirm my booking with the same price and this is very appreciated and please put yourself in my shoes.
