RentalCars.com is charing me for a rental car I never picked up* and I could not pick it up because my flight was delayed * hours, and when I got to the rental car line it was an over two hour wait to get the car. I was only there for the weekend to visit my mother who I had not seen in two years due to covid, and could not miss dinner with the family. I never took possession of the car, and could not have taken possession of the car in any reasonable way. I need to be reimbursed.
