I paid for a rental car on ******** on line. I never received confirmation or an email. I have poor internet connection being out in the countryside and thought the transaction did not go through. I booked another car with another company for my recent trip. I checked my statement and I was charged $***.**. I’m not sure why I did not receive any information and ma requesting a refund. I what is showing in my statement is ************ and ************. I have no booking information to chat on line. I would appreciate a phone call ASAP to resolve this issue. Thank you. Donna Brent
