Hello, I'm Rachel Galarsa, a small business owner who works as a tattoo artist. I deposited an $18,[redacted] check intended as an investment into my work in May [redacted] using mobile deposit. Although the check cleared and was posted to my account, it has been frozen. Despite no red flags or indications of fraud, the funds remain inaccessible. Subsequently, I deposited another $1,[redacted] check, which was also frozen after clearing. These issues have caused me to lose my car, accumulate debt, and face the possibility of losing my home. I have tried multiple times to resolve this matter with little success. It is imperative that the funds from the cleared checks are released to me promptly, or alternatively, I request to close my account and receive the remaining balance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Rachel Galarsa.

I currently live abroad and am having trouble accessing my online account. I need to receive a code via text for identification. The phone number on file is incorrect as it is a non-existent US number. I already reached out to the bank two weeks ago and was informed that I would get the text code on my Israeli mobile number: +[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I still haven't received it and am unable to log in to my account (80-4[redacted]). I would appreciate urgent assistance with this matter.

I, Steve W., am the successor trustee of my late mother's trust, the Marion W. Rev Trust URTAD 07/10/[redacted], seeking access to two PNC accounts held under the Trust's name. I've been communicating with Afton C. at the local branch in West Bloomfield Township, MI, who has been helpful. Despite providing all required documents since October [redacted], there seems to be a delay in the "document review" office. I urgently need access to disburse funds and handle expenses and require access to my mother's safe deposit box for probate matters. Kindly expedite the process and have the relevant person contact me promptly. I understand the impact of Covid on productivity, but accessing the accounts should not require excessive effort. I eagerly await your response. Thank you for your attention.

I paid someone $[redacted] for a job, but they claimed they didn't receive the payment. When I checked my banking app, I couldn't find any record of the payment going through until three days later. By then, I had paid him again. Due to the bank's error, I am now overdrawn by $[redacted] and facing overdraft fees. I'm frustrated by the bank's mistake, as it made me vulnerable to the person's claim that he hadn't been paid. To add to the confusion, my PNC credit card was suddenly turned off. I'm unsure if the two issues are related, but it seems odd for a new card to start declining previously cleared transactions. I need clarity on my account status and will consider closing it if the bank doesn't resolve the situation.

Hello, I currently have a personal account with PNC, previously known as BBVA, COMPASS, and LAREDO NATIONAL BANK. I resided in Mexico City. Starting from October 8, [redacted], I have been unable to log in to my account. Despite entering the correct User ID and password, I receive the following message: "BBVA USA is now PNC. Multiple users exist for your PNC account. Please sign on with a different user ID and password." I have spent significant time calling the non-toll-free [redacted] numbers from Mexico, waiting on hold for up to 45 minutes, only to have the calls terminated when asked for my US social security number, which as a non-US citizen, I do not possess. I have not received any communication or essential items from PNC following the transition from BBVA, such as a token, debit card, checks, or a pin. Despite attempts via Twitter to contact PNC, I am continuously advised to restart the online registration process, which again halts when prompted for my SS number. Thank you for any assistance provided. Georges H. Mexico City

My phone number was stolen and transferred to another phone company without my consent. While both companies are addressing the fraudulent port, I am unable to secure my account due to the inaccessible phone number. After waiting over an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with PNC, I briefly spoke with a representative who explained they couldn't lock my account without a fraud charge. She transferred me to another department for further assistance, while waiting for an additional hour and 15 minutes, the call disconnected as the customer service department had closed for the day. I am unable to reach anyone to safeguard my account to prevent potential theft. Shortly after receiving texts about my number being ported, I received emails about unauthorized password changes on Coinbase and account creation on Metro PCS, highlighting the urgency of securing my accounts.

I recently reported an issue with my account, and now it has been on hold for nearly two weeks. Despite calling three times, I have spent over an hour each time trying to resolve the matter. Every time I call, I am told that my account will be closed, but there is no timeline for when this will happen, leaving my funds inaccessible. As a single mother with multiple accounts tied up in this, including my last paycheck, I am struggling to pay my bills due to this delay. I wish they had informed me of the process when I first reported the issue so I could have taken steps to address my paycheck. I just want a resolution promptly instead of being repeatedly put on hold for hours trying to resolve this matter on my own.

To the concerned party, I am Vadym Diukanov, with the PNC checking account number [redacted], born on March 20, [redacted]. My billing address is 14 Green Pl, South Setauket, New York, [redacted] – [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my PNC checking account through the app or website. To verify my identity, I require a one-time passcode. However, only U.S. mobile numbers can receive these, and I am based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with the number +[redacted]03. I request an alternate verification method or the ability to use my Ukrainian phone number. Please contact me via email at [redacted] Thank you for your help with this matter.

Yesterday, I received an email containing nude photos of a girl who seemed attractive and engaged in a believable conversation. Upon joining the website mentioned in the email, pressure to upgrade my account was immediate before I could even interact or view profiles. Despite being cautious and reading all the terms diligently, I was charged unexpectedly. Checking my PNC account, I found unauthorized transactions totaling $41.24. Even after contacting their customer service to cancel, a new membership on another site was added hurriedly without clarity. This lack of transparency on charges is unfair and potentially unlawful. I'm left in a difficult financial situation with a negative balance of $48.06. Though they claimed to cancel the charges, I feel unsettled knowing my information is still at risk. I might have to replace my card for safety. It's distressing when a reputable bank like PNC doesn't match the number calling, making me susceptible to more scams. My name is Matthew Anzalone. Your assistance is crucial in resolving this predicament.

Since PNC acquired BBVA, the customer service quality has significantly declined for months. Despite reaching out to address concerns about IT support and online banking with the CIO, I never received a response, and the quality continued to deteriorate. I have decided to close my account immediately due to this disappointing experience. I have now moved to Chase, questioning why I risked my financial security with such incompetent service. I received a check from someone who claimed to be Publishers Clearing House. They said the check was for taxes on a larger amount I would receive, which seemed unusual for Publishers Clearing House. I put the check away but later found it when a friend needed urgent help. I deposited it into my savings account, assuming it would clear. However, the check bounced, and I ended up over $[redacted] in overdraft. I am willing to pay back the overdrafts in installments as I didn't have enough to cover it all at once. The bank mentioned closing my checking account, which I use for various bills like life insurance, retirement income, electric, and cable bills. I realize my mistake and want to resolve the issue to keep my account at PNC Bank in Fort Pierce, Florida on Okeechobee Road. I hope for your understanding and assistance. Thank you, and God bless.

I have been waiting for over three weeks for the two $10 fees ($20) taken from my Premium Money Market to be returned by the Regional Manager. Being loyal 50-year customers with a large balance in our four linked accounts, I visited and called twice regarding this matter. When I withdrew cash from the small money market, I was surprised to find a low balance in a savings account due to the linked accounts. I wish I had received notification so I could have rectified the situation promptly. I am disappointed that the banker or manager didn't resolve this, as I have never had any issues before. I am puzzled as to why the Regional Manager hasn't responded to the request made by the Richland banker, Neiman. I kindly request that the bank fees be returned to the Money Market account promptly, and I would appreciate being notified once this has been done.

The PNC Bank legal department is not acknowledging the power of attorney I hold for my incapacitated mother, the trustee of a revocable living trust. To provide PNC with the required trust documents like the first 3 pages, signature pages, and an addendum, I need to locate her copy of the trust, which has proven challenging. Despite willingness to hire a lawyer to prepare the necessary paperwork confirming my role as the successor trustee, PNC remains uncooperative. Access to my mother's checking account, investments, and handling a pending mortgage is crucial for me to proceed with selling her property. Swift resolution of this matter is essential as it is hindering all other necessary tasks.

I recently obtained power of attorney for my mother, who is a PNC Bank customer and trustee of a revocable living trust. She has a second mortgage and investments that I need to access to pay her bills. The PNC Bank legal department is hesitant to recognize my power of attorney without the complete trust document. Despite my efforts to get the necessary pages of the trust, the bank is not cooperating fully. I urgently need to sell my mother's house to cover her nursing care costs, and PNC's lack of assistance is impeding this process. I am considering consulting the lawyer who prepared my power of attorney to declare me as a successor trustee. This situation needs to be resolved quickly, but I am facing obstacles.

On March 1st, I visited PNC Bank in Lee Vista to register my revocable trust. After providing my documents, they mentioned they would contact me. The call came on March 4th confirming approval. Despite attempts to speak with someone later that day, it was unsuccessful. Finally, on March 7th at 10:30 am, an appointment was scheduled for today. Unfortunately, after being at the bank for over an hour, I am concerned that the process was not handled correctly.

I am having trouble logging into my account due to a new verification process. Previously, I could access the website and use chat features before authenticating with two-factor verification. The new method sends a code to my mobile phone, but it doesn't work with non-local numbers. Two error messages appear, one mentioning technical issues and the other stating inactivity logout. I have contacted tech support multiple times over several hours without success. A representative recommended trying a different browser, so I installed Brave alongside Firefox, but encountered the same issue.

I have been a PNC customer for over 30 years. On April 15th, I provided a notarized Power of Attorney to add my name to my father's account due to him being in a nursing home. Despite addressing all the issues your attorneys raised promptly, there have been delays and multiple rejections. On May 11th, I visited the PNC on Banksville Rd for the fourth time, and the matter is still unresolved. This situation has caused stress, depression, and anxiety for both my father and me. Bills have been paid late, resulting in additional financial strain. Even when a branch employee requested an expedited review, the request was denied. This treatment of a loyal customer is disappointing. I am considering moving my and my father's accounts elsewhere and will no longer invest the $[redacted],[redacted] I had planned to with PNC.

My name is Tracy Wright, and I have been a pnc client since it was National City. In April, I had to arrange a Power of Attorney (POA) to take care of my father's bills due to his stroke. After submitting a notarized POA to my Banksville Ave branch on April 15th, it was rejected multiple times due to errors. I made the corrections each time but faced further delays. I handed them the corrected POA on May 11th, and have been awaiting a response since. The staff member mentioned they were upset with him for requesting an expedited review and implied it could take longer due to that. This situation has caused my father and me a great deal of stress and financial strain. I urgently need this matter resolved to avoid falling further behind on bills.

I am having trouble accessing my online billing statements. A $10 Netflix charge put me in the negative without my awareness, resulting in a $40 overdraft fee. After escalating my complaint, I was promised a manager would reach out within 48 hours, but I wasn't contacted until May 28th. Ramon Peterson contacted PNC on May 28th at 7:38 p.m. on my behalf to request a manager call me. The overdraft fee was not removed despite my argument that I'd have corrected the $10 charge had I known, given my history of promptly rectifying such issues. I believe the fee should be waived because of my long-standing customer relationship and consistent monthly payments, which show my ability to manage my account's finances responsibly. It is disappointing that the issue remains unresolved, and my request to speak with a manager within the promised timeframe was not met. For further assistance, contact Ramon Peterson at [redacted].

I recently received a one-time passcode notification from PNC that I did not request. I am unable to access my online/mobile app as the page appears blank. There have been unauthorized charges made to my account in early May, around the 10th. Despite my efforts, I am concerned about the security breach as money continues to be taken from my account. I suspect that someone has cloned my iPhone 7 as I have observed unauthorized activity within my apps. I have taken several precautions, including contacting the Federal Treasury Department, freezing my credit bureau accounts, locking my PNC debit card, and securing my Capital One credit cards. Please reach me at [redacted] or my updated cell number. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach the screenshot I took. Thank you for your assistance.
