My daughter , Ally Sonstein, told me she cancelled her membership UES NYSC before mid October. As a matter of fact she was hospitalized in mid October and has not been at the club since then . *She does not have documentation of canceling however we have documentation of her being ill and unable to attend the gym .*We have been charged $****month since January for personal training which she never signed up for . She was charged $*** in September but due to her condition was not able to use all . *We have also been charged monthly fees of $**.** a month .**We request a refund for charges as of October. *I was told a regional manager would call me but he has not.*I want to speak to the head of customer service immediately.*Thank you , *Susan Gottlieb ****-***-****
