OBTAIN FUNDS TO PAY BILLS OFF BASE ... WITH THE CORONAVIRUS SITUATION IN KOREA SINCE ** MARCH **** ,AS A MILITARY RETIREE MY ACCESS TO THE BASE AT OSAN HAS BEING RESTRICTED...NEITHER THE DEBIT CARD OR THE CREDIT CARD ARE BEING ACCEPTED OFF BASE BY MY KOREAN BANK...AND NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTANCE..CAN MY KOOKMIN BANK ,KOREAN BANK ACCOUNT BE ADDED AS AN EXTERNAL ACCOUNT SO I CAN MAKE TRANSFERS TO MYSELF...ALSO IT HARD TO MAKE CONTACT SINCE TELEPHONE CALLS ARE NOT GOING THRU.TELEPHONE NUMBERS PROVIDED ARE OUTDATED,
BECAUSE THERE IS NO ACCESS TO ANY OF MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN FULFILL MY OBLIGATIONS TO MY DEBTORS...DURING THIS VIRUS CLOSURE OF THE AIR BASE.. FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE N OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.
BY AUTHORIZING THE ADDING OF OUR OVERSEAS ACCOUNT WITH KOREAN BANKS AS EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS SO WE CAN MAKE TRANSFERS INTO THEM AND BE ABLE TO HAVE FUNDS WHEN NEEDED AS IT IS THE CASE RIGHT NOW......ATRBV
LONG BEFORE THE CREDIT UNION BECAME NAVY FEDERAL . I HAVE ALSO ASSISTED AND RECOMMENDED IT MANY FRIENDS AND WIDOWS .......
