i tried getting into my online account to pay bills but had an issue with getting in with my new reset password because i used the cap lock and did not know i used a question mark instead of the symbol * that i thought i did so i got locked out so i went to password reset to have them text me a number to unlock it but again my phone keypad is not working right even though ** and ** were text to me to unlock it so what do i do to push a number in if my phone keypad dont work now
