I recently visited KFC in Valley, Alabama on 1/18/[redacted] and ordered a 12-piece meal. However, when I got home, I realized I only received an 8-piece meal. I contacted the restaurant, and an employee assured me I would receive a gift card if I returned. Today, when I went back, I waited over 30 minutes for the manager, Angelica, who seemed to be intentionally avoiding me. Despite her being busy, she found time to interact with other customers and restock supplies. I paid $37.39 for a 12-piece meal but was disappointed with the service. I believe the manager should be held accountable for her lack of concern towards customers like me who value good service.

I made an order on the app today and went to my local KFC in Gettysburg, PA to pick it up. The staff informed me they were out of extra crispy which I had ordered. Despite initially agreeing to make it in 16 minutes, they later said they wouldn't be making more. The manager was not friendly about it. Besides, they were out of chocolate cake. When I got home, the cake was soggy with water in the bag. This is the second disappointing experience since mid-October. The service and attitude tonight were unacceptable. I won't be returning to the Gettysburg, PA KFC and might switch to the Shippensburg location. I have a copy of my receipt if necessary. -K. Frank

I would like a reimbursement for the additional $34.50 they made us spend, which is 50% of our original order total of $65.25. We never received the original order, and this situation is unacceptable. We placed the order at 6:57 PM. The order number is [redacted]15-1[redacted]. They delivered the food to the wrong address, causing us to pay for someone else to eat our food. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with this experience. If this matter is not resolved adequately, I will escalate it to the newspapers and legal action. I have children to feed and this situation needs to be fixed promptly.

There was a burnt smell in the restaurant. The cashier didn't speak French well. She struggled to enter our discount coupons. 1st Coupon: poutine for $4.49 2nd Coupon: 4-Piece Meal Box for $10.99 3rd Coupon: 4-Piece Meal Box for $10.99 Total: $26.47 Deduction: $1.32 Deduction: $2.64 We were charged $32.04 instead of $30.43 While waiting for our order, a man entered PFK. He came to return his order. It took the cashier a long time to process his refund. We spoke with the man. He told us his chicken tasted burnt and the week before he had another order where the chicken lacked breading. In the restaurant, there was a woman eating who mentioned her chicken tasted odd. When she heard the man say his chicken tasted burnt, she agreed saying hers tasted the same. My husband had a Pepsi which splashed due to the pressure. His coat got soaked with Pepsi. I had an iced tea that tasted like water. Before receiving our order, we asked the cashier for a refund, which took a long time. I am very disappointed with this restaurant, I will never go back, and we hadn't eaten PFK chicken in years. I forgot to mention the tables were dirty, not clean at all. On Friday, February 3, [redacted], I visited the KFC store on Washington Street in Kokomo, Indiana, at 4 PM. I ordered the 8-piece bucket of Extra Crispy and the 12 tenders Fill Up. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that the chicken was inedible - all the skin had fallen off in large clumps, and I only received 9 chicken strips. This marks the third time in 6 months that this has happened. I have been a loyal KFC customer for years, but this experience has left me very disappointed. Previously, when I raised this issue with the manager, I was directed to call the KFC complaint number, but that did not lead to any resolution or an apology from the store staff. While I have never requested a refund before, this time I am truly frustrated and offended. I informed my wife that I am not seeking a refund but simply the correct meal. I visited the KFC on Washington Street in Kokomo, Indiana on February 3, [redacted]. I ordered an 8-piece extra crispy meal along with the 12 chicken tenders and sides fill-up deal. Unfortunately, the chicken I received was in poor condition with all the skin missing and clumped together, and I only received 9 chicken strips which were of low quality. This has happened three times in the past 6 months. When I contacted the store, they advised me to call customer service. I am disappointed and just seeking a good quality meal, not a refund. I purchased a tree peach dinner from your Mira Mesa, California location. Unfortunately, the chicken was tough and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Shortly after eating, I experienced severe diarrhea. Even this morning, I am still suffering from diarrhea and stomach pain. I am concerned about the possibility of food poisoning. The service I received was disrespectful and very poor. To add to the experience, when I bought a chicken pot pie, it was placed in the bag sideways causing the chicken to spill out. I typically don't write complaints, but this has been one of the worst dining experiences I have encountered. I am hesitant about returning in the future.

I placed an order on Sunday night for the meal deal which included 4 chicken sandwiches, 12 strips, 2 large sides, and a bag drink for $40 plus tax. I ordered online to ensure it would be ready when I arrived at the Baymeadow location. When I got there, my order was not prepared on time, but after waiting, I received it and left. Unfortunately, upon reaching home, I discovered that the order was incorrect. I received only 5 strips instead of 12, 2 chicken sandwiches instead of 4, and one large side instead of two. I tried contacting the store and the manager, but have not had any success. This situation is very disappointing as I paid for a full meal and did not receive it. I am seeking a prompt resolution. I ordered a 3-piece extra crispy meal with sweet tea from the KFO store on [redacted] 34th St S, St. Petersburg, FL, via Door Dash. Unfortunately, I received original recipe and a coke, which I cannot consume. When I visited the store, the manager was unhelpful and blamed the delivery driver for the mistake. My request for a corrected meal was denied, and I was advised to seek a refund through Door Dash.

I bought an 8-piece bucket of chicken with sides at KFC in Burlington, NJ on December 5, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked, dry, and too salty to eat. Despite calling customer service four times, I only got offered a voucher, which I declined as this specific KFC is the only one near me. Each time I called, including my conversation with Saizon, they promised to escalate my complaint to corporate but never offered a refund for the unsatisfactory meal priced at over $40. I explained my reluctance to return the food due to the far distance from the store to my house. It's frustrating that I haven't received any callbacks since my initial call on December 8th, [redacted]. This extended delay of almost two and a half months is unacceptable for resolving an issue with a well-established company like KFC. I'm eagerly awaiting a response or at least a refund for the disappointing experience.

I visited both KFC locations in Grafton and was disappointed with the experiences at both. At the Grafton Food Court, the chicken was dry, chewy, and tasted old. Additionally, our order was incomplete due to them running out of chicken. At 29 Fitzroy Street, the shop was dirty with food on the floor in the kitchen. The staff member who took our order on Sunday night made mistakes, overcharged us, and appeared unclean. The restroom was in poor condition with toilet paper on the floor and a blocked toilet. The hand basin was very dirty, and the air-conditioning was not working. Until these issues are addressed, my family and I will not be returning to these KFC locations. Liz Hutchison

During our visit to the drive-thru, our entire order was incorrect. Our ticket number is [redacted] from store number G160018 in Altoona, Iowa, on Adventureland Drive. The cashier we dealt with was Clarissa. We requested five famous bowls, one without corn, but all the chicken in the bowls was spicy. Unfortunately, one of the bowls even had a hair in it. The famous bowl that was supposed to be without corn seemed like it had corn in it at first. We also ordered two individual fries that were missing. In addition, the big box meal we ordered with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy had extra crispy chicken instead of original, and the Pepsi tasted strange, like it had been mixed with other drinks. I contacted the store, but they insisted I bring back all the food, which I can't do tonight due to circumstances. Considering the inconvenience, I am requesting a refund of $53.94 or a replacement meal prepared exactly as ordered.

I am a regular customer of KFC. I ordered KFC for my two kids yesterday at 8:30 pm through the KFC online app. Even though I received a delivery time of 9:30 pm, the delivery did not happen. The app showed the delivery time extended to 10 pm, and when I tried to track my order, it could not be found. After 10 pm, the app showed the order as out of order. Disappointed, I reordered through the Zomato app, and the delivery was made after 30 minutes, but one item was missing, and the bill was not provided. Despite attempting to contact the delivery person, I was unsuccessful. We ended up having dinner at 11 pm. The discrepancies in pricing and missing items have left me very upset. I visited the store in Waynesboro, MS yesterday, and I was disappointed with the service. When I entered the lobby, none of the staff got up to take my order. They were all sitting around and seemed unconcerned. So I left and tried the drive-thru instead. After stating my order, the employee at the speaker was unresponsive. When I approached the window, I was given the wrong items. I returned the order, but the employee seemed indifferent and didn't listen to me. After a long wait and some confusion, I eventually received my correct order. The staff was rude, and the overall experience was frustrating. The store has a low rating of 1 star for a reason. Other customers were also leaving while I was there. The biscuits I received seemed stale and hard. Although I love KFC, I won't be returning to this location due to the poor service.

During my visit to the store on Bailey Avenue in Buffalo, NY on Saturday, February 25, [redacted], I slipped and fell on ice in the parking lot, causing me a great deal of pain as I landed on my left shoulder, which had surgery last November. Upon entering the store, I requested to speak to the manager. Despite explaining the incident, there was no response or concern shown by the person at the cash register. Even as I waited for my order, there was no offer of assistance or acknowledgment of my discomfort. I was disappointed by the lack of concern and professionalism displayed during this unfortunate incident, especially given my recent surgery and age. As a result, I will be seeking medical attention to ensure there was no further damage to my shoulder.

I recently visited KFC in Fort Madison, Iowa, on February 23rd. I ordered the new wrap meal but was informed that the fryers were down initially. After a 5-minute wait, I paid but had to wait an additional 15 minutes before being acknowledged, while other cars received their orders promptly. Eventually, a lady came out asking for my receipt due to a computer issue. When I finally received my order and got home, the food was carelessly assembled. The wrap was broken and hard, and the fries were simply tossed in the bag. I was quite dissatisfied with the poor customer service and lack of concern when I mentioned the lengthy wait.

My husband and I went to the KFC in Camillus, NY last night, March 4, [redacted]. We stood in line for around 10 minutes and observed many customers leaving with buckets and complete orders. When we handed over the coupon for eight pieces and two sides for $18.99, the staff member informed us that we would need to wait for 30 minutes. Despite this, we noticed other customers receiving chicken and sides promptly, both from the drive-thru and inside the store. We feel disrespected and have concerns that this particular location was unwilling to validate the coupon.

Hello, I made an online purchase using the KFC app/website, but unfortunately, I did not receive my order. After contacting the store, they advised me to reach out to DoorDash. DoorDash mentioned they would take care of the issue, but as the order was placed directly through KFC, they advised KFC would need to process the refund to my card. On February 10, [redacted], I purchased food from your company with cash memo number [redacted]. I paid partially in cash and partially through UPI. The initial UPI payment failed, and I had to retry, which was successful. However, the company claims they did not receive the first payment in cash. As a result, I paid double for my order. I have already submitted a complaint, but no actions have been taken. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can receive a refund.
