I have been trying to check in for my flight from Phoenix ( IDIXGO is my confirmation number ). I have been trying to check without success. *. your online system tells me that my credit card is declined. No reason given but I do notice that your online system is not user friendly and doesn’t function well. *. I was offered , (again on line) to choose the extra legroom etc and chose seats that offered this do I wouldn’t have to check my bags. I tried several times using the app and connecting from your email message to do this and to check in wanting a particular seat ( which I successfully selected) but couldn’t complete the process. . No luck. the system beats me. Is this any way to run an airline? I never have this problem on American Airlines. BTW calling didn’t work. I could not get through but - if one can believe this- a call back for an extra $**.!!! *My bottom line is that Jet Blue is a consumer unfriendly airline. I’ve paid for this flight ( and was willing to pay the additional $ for the extra legroom seats) but I will not use this airline again. BTW i spoke with family members who concur with me about the lack of decent consumer relations. I literally do not expect any person employed by the company to answer me. I’m that disgusted with Jet Blue.
