My Instagram account was unexpectedly blocked on Saturday, September 3rd. I've been on the platform for nearly six years, always abiding by the guidelines. I never engaged in any malicious activities like bullying or spamming. I did use the app "Followers" for managing my account, merely to track followers and unfollowers. After hearing about some friends getting unbanned after contacting support for using the app, I stopped using it. My account is crucial to me as it connects me with people from my past. I've sent two confirmation emails with my photo and a code to support but haven't received a response. I fear losing contact with many people if I don't regain access. Hello, yesterday around 22:00-23:00 my Instagram account was blocked. When I logged in, I received a notification stating my account is temporarily blocked due to suspicious activity. I was asked to verify my identity to access my account. I was expecting a 6-digit security code sent to my phone but unfortunately, I never received it. I tried multiple times but the code never arrived. My Instagram account is askarova_vl. I can provide all the necessary information to unlock it. Please help! This account holds many memories and happy moments in its photos.

Hello, I have been working hard for the past 2 years, and my friends have been promoting me. However, I have encountered issues with my account being temporarily blocked 3 or 4 times due to allegations of sharing my password, which I did not do. There may have been a connection issue with a voucher, but I kindly request that this problem be resolved as it hinders my work and communication with friends. It's possible that someone may have signed me up for a Play Store site without my consent, but I have never engaged with or paid for this site. My creator account is affected, preventing me from connecting with friends and posting on my wall. I rely on interacting with my community through stories. Subsequently, I attempted to change my password, only to discover that both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were deactivated for violating community standards. Hello, I discovered that my account was hacked on Friday, and I am still unable to regain access. The hacker used one of my contacts, Virna Borgogno, to trick me into sending a link and my phone number for a sponsorship program. After realizing it was a scam, I tried to confirm with Virna, but it was too late. On Saturday, my friends notified me that a fraudulent post was made on my account, showing a fake earnings screenshot of €13,[redacted] in 5 hours. The hacker has also been messaging my contacts, attempting to scam them. With over 1,[redacted] followers, many work-related, I am eager to reclaim my identity and put an end to this situation. Despite several attempts to change my password, I have been blocked when asked for an authentication app code I don't have. Downloading Google Authenticator prompted me for an account and key, which I am unfamiliar with. The selfie video verification process also failed, possibly due to my non-personal profile picture. Hello, I am an Instagram user whose account was hacked approximately 2 and a half weeks ago. Despite my numerous attempts to recover it by emailing Instagram, following verification steps, calling, and leaving voicemails, I have not received any response. Even my followers have reported the hacked account as the hacker was impersonating me, with my friends and family noticing the difference. Despite verifying myself multiple times through text, email, backup codes, and video selfie verification, the hacker has changed my login information and email, leaving me locked out. I am desperate to regain access to my account and in need of assistance.

Dear Instagram, I am Ghazala Attarwala and my business Instagram is little_creations__. I have 12.1K followers. My birth date is September 1, [redacted]. My email IDs are [redacted] and [redacted] My contact number is [redacted]. On September 10, between 2:30 am to 4 am, I received a message from a friend's Instagram account asking for help to recover their account. Unfortunately, I mistakenly forwarded my own account link to them, which resulted in me getting logged out. Shortly after, my recovery details and phone number were changed, denying me access to my account. I have been trying to recover my account for over 15 hours now, but to no avail. I kindly request Instagram's assistance in restoring my account. I do not have any personal pictures on my Instagram but have photos of all my products on my business page. My account has been compromised - the email has been altered, preventing me from receiving a password reset link. The security numbers remain accurate, but I cannot access my account after the security check requests a backup code I do not possess. Furthermore, my name, password, email, and phone number have all been changed, leaving me unable to recover my account without access to my email or the backup code. You can verify my email address at [redacted] on my Facebook account; it has the same pictures and feed until the Instagram hack occurred. On Instagram, my account has been renamed to _mara.lluka_. I am eager to regain access to my account to rectify the changes made.

Whenever I try to post a story on my Instagram account, I keep getting a red message at the bottom saying that the upload failed and to try again. I've already reported this in the help center multiple times within the last two months, but I haven't received any response or solution yet. Please, could you kindly look into why I am facing this issue and enable me to post stories on my Instagram account "its_bana_ksr_darbar_"? The strange thing is, when I log into my account on a friend or sibling's phone, it works fine, so it seems to be a problem specific to Instagram on my mobile device.

Yesterday, around 12:00 PM, I received a direct message on Instagram from someone I know from church. They mentioned wanting to enter a modeling competition for a brand and asked me to click on a link. Initially, we both felt frustrated waiting for a message from the company. Later, I received a suspicious message from Instagram prompting me to change my password. I found this odd and informed the person from church. They asked me to screenshot the message, which I did. Then, they requested the message be copied and sent to them. Confused, I researched what to do if hacked before realizing the hacker had already changed my password and removed my contact number and email from my profile, disconnecting my other accounts. I tried all the suggested methods on Instagram's website to recover my account but without success. After submitting three videos to prove my identity, I received an email stating they were unable to confirm it, leaving me puzzled about the situation.
