Hello, I recently purchased 6 sessions of laser lipo with Body Envy. Before using the voucher, I contacted them with questions about the procedure, but their answers were vague. They asked me to book a consultation online through Groupon, which then marked the voucher as redeemed. When I went for the appointment, they refused a refund. They also sent me a waiver for a different procedure, coolsculpting, insisting it be signed before the visit. I refused, as this was not what I purchased. I found this misleading and unsatisfactory due to the lack of clear information. They also tried to upsell me and booked additional sessions without consent. I live an hour away and feel the practices were unethical. I am seeking a full refund for the misrepresented service.

I bought a Groupon deal for Nu Me Laser and Wellness Clinic for two Microneedling sessions and PRP Treatments in December [redacted]. Due to their busy schedule, I had to wait until late February [redacted] for my first appointment. During my visit, the aesthetician was rude and stopped my procedure to take personal calls. I want to share some advice with everyone - I strongly caution against purchasing a Groupon for a relaxing therapeutic massage at this specific establishment. I had bought three vouchers as Christmas gifts for my daughters, but due to their school schedules, they can only use them now that it's summer. Today is May 5th, and the vouchers expire on May 30th. Even though I called multiple times and sent an email to book appointments, I was informed that the earliest availability is not until the middle of June for one daughter and June 23rd for the other two. This delay is acceptable, but what shocked me was the $75 expired coupon fee ($25 for each voucher). I find this policy unacceptable since I scheduled within the 25-day timeframe before the expiration. Despite explaining our situation, the business showed no flexibility. This experience has unfortunately led me to share my dissatisfaction on social media to alert others. Be cautious and think twice before considering this particular establishment.

I am a valued customer of Groupon and expect to be treated fairly. I purchased what I thought were mink eyelash extensions, but they turned out to be much too hard to be mink. The lashes were also overly curly, not the natural look I requested. They started falling out immediately, a problem I've never experienced before with eyelash extensions from Groupon or elsewhere. The merchant even advised me not to buy from Groupon, claiming they only get half the payment and have to cover additional costs. This is unacceptable behavior. I am experiencing two issues with my recent Groupon purchase. Hello, this is Michael Michon speaking. 1. On May 7th, I mistakenly purchased 2 Groupon vouchers for Buona Vita when I only intended to buy one. 2. I visited the restaurant with my friends, who also had Groupons for the same place. I learned that only one Groupon could be used per table after trying to redeem mine and being denied, leading me to pay full price for my meal. 3. I am requesting an immediate refund for both Groupons. If I do not receive a response, I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan to return to that restaurant in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with the professional floral arrangement I ordered for my daughter's graduation. I invested $72 expecting a good deal with a total of 24 roses, but the florist only sent 12 roses. The quality of the roses was poor compared to what was advertised - they were not fresh and small-headed, nothing like what I expected. Additionally, I paid for a vase and greenery upgrade, but they only sent a small vase with minimal greenery, not what I paid for. This is unacceptable, especially for such a special occasion as my daughter's graduation into the medical field. I demand a full refund for the inadequate quantity and quality of the flowers and the missing upgrades. This experience was embarrassing and far from professional. I am inquiring about the delivery status of my packages that were supposed to be delivered on May 8th. According to the tracking information, they were left at my front door. However, upon checking, I did not find my packages for the order number #[redacted], which includes 2 twin pink 6" Lucid Comfort Collection gel foam mattresses. I have been a loyal Groupon customer for years and never encountered any issues with deliveries to my gated community before. Strangely enough, another order I received on the same day arrived without any problems. My fiancé recently went for a manicure, pedicure, and a 90-minute massage at Heavenly Massages. Unfortunately, her experience was unsettling. Instead of a Swedish massage as reserved, she received a deep tissue massage. The therapist didn't turn her over during the session, leaving her on her stomach for 80 minutes. Additionally, the therapist inappropriately touched and exposed my fiancé despite her protests. Despite reaching out to Heavenly Massages for a refund, they directed me to contact Groupon for assistance. I hope Groupon will be more responsive to address this distressing situation.

I recently purchased a Groupon for London Style Salon in Portage, Michigan. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm, and despite waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time, the owner did not acknowledge me promptly. Instead, he was preoccupied with another customer in the back. During this time, he made disturbing remarks about mental health, talked loudly about his personal life, and even mentioned hiring someone with a violent past. Additionally, he made insensitive comments about race and mistreated Groupon customers according to online reviews. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, I decided to leave. I am requesting a full refund for the unused voucher as I believe this behavior is unacceptable. I have evidence of the unused voucher. This experience was appalling, and I hope that action will be taken regarding this individual and his salon.
