Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich habe zwei Anliegen bezüglich meiner bestellten Gutscheine. Erstens würde ich gerne das Ablaufdatum verlängern lassen, da es nur noch bis zum 30.11 gültig ist und aufgrund der Corona-Bedingungen eine Einlösung momentan nicht möglich ist. Zweitens habe ich festgestellt, dass ich versehentlich den selben Gutschein zweimal erworben habe. Einer der Gutscheine ist jedoch nicht mehr einlösbar, da er am 31.8 abgelaufen ist. Mir wurde zwar eine E-Mail über eine Verlängerung geschickt, daher ging ich davon aus, dass es für beide Gutscheine gilt. Ich würde gerne auch diesen Gutschein verlängern lassen, da ich ihn nicht einlösen konnte und es sich um den exakt gleichen Gutschein handelt. Ich freue mich auf eine schnelle Rückmeldung. I recently inquired about a promotion I received emails about. I did not plan to create a campaign that day, just wanted information. After speaking with Tim Victor, I lost access to previously created campaigns in my account. When I contacted him, he couldn't explain why I couldn't see my old campaigns or why his name became the only point of contact on my account. He denied making any changes and insisted I agree to campaigns I didn't want. I simply want my account restored so I can create my campaigns freely.

I purchased a Groupon MOT voucher from ATS in the UK, scheduling my MOT test for 9 am on 7/11/20. As an essential worker needing my vehicle legal for work, the garage informed me of a double booking and could not conduct my MOT on the scheduled date. They offered a test on 23/11/20 after my current MOT has expired, putting me at risk of driving illegally. Despite booking weeks in advance, they were unwilling to accommodate an earlier date, leaving me with a useless voucher. The Groupon code is 783WRYQUZX and the security code is CA 359A7F28. I request a refund for this inconvenience.

I had a credit on my account for over $[redacted] from traded vouchers. Last night, while in Jacksonville, I ordered a flower arrangement, a fruit basket, and a room at Laquinta Inn and Suites. I got an email confirmation, but upon arrival, the hotel had no reservation for me. I can't log into my account with several paid vouchers, including order #1[redacted]34-[redacted] with a $[redacted] credit used for a fruit basket, flowers, and the room. Even though I didn't use the room, the money was deducted from my debit card and remaining credit. I can't access the account with my email, and I have Christmas gifts to redeem. Please help me get my money back for the room and access to my other vouchers.

I made a booking for a "Deal" on Thursday, October 22nd. My Order number is: 1[redacted]61-[redacted]. The voucher is for 2 x "Goose to Go" for Christmas. I booked this thinking I could cancel up to two days before. Sadly, it seems I won't be celebrating with my elderly relatives as planned. I would like to cancel my order. The German instructions state that reservations made through Groupon can be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the reservation. I can't find the button to cancel my order. Yesterday, when I attempted to redeem my Costco Groupon, the customer service at Costco assisted me in completing the process. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged the full amount for the merchandise, and the Groupon remained unused. I visited Costco this morning, and they assured me that I will receive a credit from Groupon. However, I am puzzled because the Groupon for Costco is still active in my account, so how could Costco have activated it? Dear Groupon, I recently found Aaliyah Berlin Cosmetic Studio on Groupon offering 5 sessions of laser therapy. Initially, I booked directly with the studio as advised, but after two treatments, they became unreachable. Despite purchasing an additional 5-session laser therapy package for my husband via Groupon, I am dissatisfied with the studio's lack of communication and professionalism. They have failed to confirm my paid appointment, and their texting for rescheduling is inconvenient. Due to their poor service and unresponsiveness, I no longer wish to continue with them. Despite using a Groupon there before, I wanted to pay the price difference to book another appointment. Groupon mentions I should seek a refund from them, as the merchant cannot honor the Groupon due to system constraints. I would like to address my recent experience with Groupon. My order reference is [redacted], dating back to the 30th of October. The online tracking system provided by Hermes, with reference number HOOTTA[redacted], indicates that four delivery attempts have been made unsuccessfully. Despite being present at home during these supposed attempts, no delivery was undertaken. In an effort to facilitate the process, we attached clear instructions on the security entrance of our building after the second reported failed delivery. The instructions have been visible for 5 days now without any progress in receiving the package. I have reached out to Hermes providing both our landline ([redacted]6) and mobile number (07[redacted]52) for further communication but have not received any response. There has been no calling card left nor any attempts to contact us regarding this issue, leaving us without the mattress we ordered and paid for almost two weeks ago. I am perplexed by the lack of communication and would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

I had a massage appointment scheduled for 4 pm yesterday. However, the therapist contacted me at 3:30 pm, saying she had to postpone it to 5:00 pm. After getting a different address from what was listed on the website, my GPS led me to the wrong location, but I did not get a response when I asked for clarification. As a result, I left. Despite her reaching out about rescheduling for November 14th, my Groupon expires on the 12th. I inquired about availability for the 14th today, but I am still waiting for a response. The scheduling process was difficult, as she only serves Groupon customers from Monday to Wednesday. When I rescheduled for November 11th at 4 pm, she couldn't accommodate, making me unsure about visiting her apartment-based business. I am disappointed with Groupon, not the first time! I have decided to stop purchasing from you and unsubscribe from all contacts and newsletters. Your service leaves a lot to be desired compared to other mail-order providers! The reason for my disappointment, solidifying my decision to no longer engage with your company, is that I bought a defective thermometer scanner, another one of those questionable quality Chinese products. How awful!!! How can such products be put out there as super discounted deals? These are not bargain buys at all, all lies, as the quality and performance show they are worth much less than the price offered. Shame, shame, shame! I was a customer, forget about me!

I recently purchased 5 photo books and attempted to redeem the voucher, only to find out it needed to be done through the app. After encountering issues with my email not being recognized in the country, I changed it. However, now the app claims my login doesn't exist and I can't access my voucher codes. I've been stuck in a loop of being told my email or password is incorrect. I utilized a Groupon voucher for a hotel stay, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The first night and most of the second day were a disaster as we were assigned a dirty room with various issues. The room had a foul odor, the toilet didn't flush, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was noisy. Additionally, when we were given a key to a different room the next day, it turned out to be already occupied. This situation led to a significant delay in getting a suitable room. The hotel apologized and directed us to seek a refund from Groupon. However, the $40 Groupon voucher falls short of compensating for the inconvenience and financial loss considering our Groupon cost was over $[redacted]. I have been experiencing issues placing Groupon orders for the past three months. Despite trying to update my payment information several times, I keep getting an "unexpected error" message and my orders are not going through, resulting in refund notifications. Despite numerous attempts, Printerpix is claiming the redemption code I received is not valid, and Groupon has not responded to rectify the situation. 2. Groupon lists various ways to contact customer service on their official website, but none have been successful. 3. Groupon's listed phone numbers are inactive, with a recorded message confirming this. 4. I have emailed and had a live chat session with a representative who assured me someone would follow up, but I have received no further communication. 5. I urgently need assistance with redeeming my order for 29 photo calendars from Printerpix for an event on December 12th, but Printerpix awaits a valid redemption code from Groupon. I am eagerly seeking prompt assistance and would appreciate being contacted immediately or provided with an active phone number to speak with a representative. Time is of the essence. Yesterday, I placed an order for 5 plastic face mask guards and another order for 10 plastic face mask guards, using $10.40 in Groupon Bucks. My total came to $11.23. However, I accidentally ordered an extra set of 10 plastic face mask guards for $12.98, which I noticed during checkout and on my credit card statement. I tried to cancel all orders and start over, but encountered an error message regarding API requests. Currently, I see one order for 10 guards ready to ship for $12.98, and my credit card was charged $11.23 and refunded $12.98. Can I receive the original order of 5 guards plus the 10 guards for the $11.23 that was charged to my credit card?

I used to frequently use Groupon for their good products at reasonable prices. However, I have faced issues with my last three orders, and my latest experience was the final disappointment. I am extremely frustrated that I couldn't get a hold of anyone from customer service as the phone numbers provided were not functioning. Trying to resolve my concerns has been a frustrating cycle, and I have not received any assistance despite my efforts over the past few days.
