Hi, **I went to Vegas last weekend and i bought a Visa card at Walgreen, because the Festival did not accept cash. The cashier did not tell me i must be an American with US adress, phone number and security number... i'm canadian... i loaded $*** on the card, its *** * canadian dollars... i i was unable to activate the card.*I call * times the customer service and they hang up everytime when they transfer me to another departement... **Can i have a refund please?
