Someone using your bank says they need time me to pay them **$ on cash app before they can pay me back (speaking about a long distance friend) I assume this is a scam, but to give the benefit of the doubt, is this at all possible?

GetHuman-wklzgd did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
