I’ve been having issues with Go Daddy and customer support for months now. Any time I call, it’s a ** minute wait and my time is very valuable. I have four children I’ve had the domain paid for for over six months. ( Still although having talked to three different people saying that they were going to have that lifted it’s still not taken care of ) On top of , my mom just passing in late March. I haven’t even been able to use it due to this issue. *I had to get Microsoft to lift the moderating part of it off of it on their end. To now Go Daddy has to do the same thing?! , I spent $*** on it for the whole year. I’d like to have it for my own personal use. I don’t need any moderators else having control over it! Why The extra aggravation over this m. If we want it We will ask! While speaking with the Go Daddy agent to have it lifted from Microsoft he knew that I had to reach out to them to have it lifted and then Go Daddy themselves puts it on so what was the reason for me having Go Daddy tell me to have the first one lifted when they’re just gonna put it on themselves when they know that I’m trying to get it lifted from another company like doesn’t that seem kind of counterproductive ??! It’s Just common sense?! Is that So hard? Like Knowing what your customers need & pay for , then instead of letting you pay & be able to use it right away you’ve got this overlap in time and you’ve got a jump through the hoops in order to get it All to work?!
