I am concerned about my package. According to the app, it was delivered to my front door at 2:28, but when I checked a minute later, it wasn't there. I've contacted customer service for help, but the app indicates it was not delivered by USPS as expected but was on a FedEx truck. I live in an apartment complex where FedEx deliveries are usually smooth, so I believe it might have been delivered to the wrong building. However, searching all the buildings is not feasible. I want assistance to track down my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted] as it was definitely not delivered to my address or my postal drop-off spot.

I visited a FedEx office in Chanhassen, MN to ship a package to Redwood City, CA on Monday, 10/18/[redacted]. Upon tracking the package today, I discovered it has not left Minnesota and is currently in a town 50 miles North of Shakopee, MN - the last known location. This is similar to a past experience where my package remained in the same town for 5 days. Despite reaching out to FedEx customer service, I have not received satisfactory assistance and am doubtful of the situation improving. This has left me hesitant to use FedEx in the future.

I am writing about a delivery I received today with Tracking Number [redacted]13. The delivery guy was rude and gave us the wrong package intended for LMG Business Health Services. I work at an outpatient lab at Woodburn Health Center. He refused to find the correct office and was unprofessional, leaving the package with us. This behavior was unacceptable, witnessed by patients in the waiting room. FedEx should address such disrespectful actions. Today, a driver entered our senior apartment complex speeding and going in the wrong direction. Despite my attempt to guide him, he refused to communicate. Unfortunately, he referred to me as "Karen" as he drove away. Subsequently, he complained to a customer about our interaction, stating that I yelled at him. The FedEx Express driver was in a smaller van with license plate C57134W. Although it's understandable to be confused, his behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. We appreciate our regular FedEx drivers, but this experience was disappointing.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing regarding a package with tracking number #[redacted][redacted]39 that was supposed to be delivered by U.S.P.S. by Friday, Oct 8th. The package has been at your Sacramento facility since the 7th with multiple tracking entries but has not been handed over to the USPS for final delivery. I have already resolved this matter with Target Stores, who have shipped me a replacement. They may be handling any cost issues on their end. However, I wish to bring to your attention the ongoing problem at your Sacramento office to avoid similar delivery issues in the future. I consider the matter resolved from my end with Target Stores. This is the second time I have received my package damaged. Again, the zipper is broken on the punching bag, and the box had been opened again. I don't understand why packages aren't being handled with care. I ordered this well in advance for my daughter's birthday, which was this past Sunday, and I received the damaged package on Thursday of last week. This situation is very distressing as I had no gift for my daughter on her birthday. Today, I received it in the same condition. I am very unhappy about OnTrac delivering my package when it was supposed to be FedEx. This issue needs to be addressed promptly. It is not a $15 item; this is a 70 lb. punching bag, and the zipper is broken. I expect to receive a replacement that is not damaged, delivered by FedEx, and reimbursement for this inconvenience. I am having issues with FedEx delivery services regarding the second attempt at delivering to my home address. I am frustrated that I have to pick up packages at a distribution center and cannot understand why I need to create a new account for each different FedEx service. I received a notification that my shipment would arrive on Wednesday afternoon via text message. Unfortunately, I suspect the delivery person placed the package in my mailbox, which is not designated for packages. The mail had already been collected when I realized. I've initiated an investigation, but I fear it may be difficult to resolve. Several neighbors have shared similar incidents on our local Facebook page with pictures of packages in mailboxes. It appears to be a recurring issue. Delivery drivers should be reminded that mailboxes are not designated for packages. Additional training may be necessary to avoid similar issues in the future. Overall, I have had a positive experience with FEDEX, but local deliveries seem to be a recurring problem. This relates to a delivery from the Conroe, TX location.

Two incidents occurred at my house two weeks ago involving a delivery by a FedEx truck. In the first incident, the truck backed into a flag pole attached to my garage, breaking the bracket that holds it. Fortunately, there was no damage to the garage itself, but I had to spend around $60 to replace the flag pole and bracket. The second incident happened today at around 2:45 pm when the driver drove off my two-lane blacktop driveway into my yard after two days of heavy rain, creating deep ruts and mud in my previously pristine yard. While I remained calm during the flag pole incident, I am now very upset about the state of my yard. My driveway is spacious, with two full car lanes and a [redacted]-foot turn-around at the top, so there was no need for the truck to drive onto the yard, especially considering the recent rain. I am now left with a mess that will likely be an issue all winter due to the current time of year.

My Samsung package is currently being held at the Plattsburgh, New York distribution center instead of being delivered to my home. I have been on the phone for three hours between Samsung and FedEx, with each blaming the other. A FedEx representative falsely claimed they tried to deliver my package, but the FedEx tracking information proves otherwise. Despite a Samsung supervisor spending 30 minutes to resolve the issue, I did not receive the promised Saturday call. Samsung insists that the package is still scheduled for delivery to my house and is launching an investigation into the repeated problems. They assured me that they did not request a hold on the package and will not be involved once FedEx picks it up. While I can understand a potential computer error, I cannot tolerate being lied to regarding delivery attempts that never occurred.

I received a notification about delivery issues at my residence in a [redacted] Senior Complex in Sandy, UT. There is a call box at the front entrance of the property. By scrolling to my name, pressing 'CALL,' you can reach me directly. I can remotely control the front door from my phone. It appears to be a simple solution for delivering packages to me. Unfortunately, your delivery drivers seem unaware of this system. I am very disappointed in FedEx. This is the second time I have missed a delivery due to the driver not using the call box. In the future, I will avoid using FedEx. UPS, on the other hand, always handles deliveries well and shows consideration for recipients.

I purchased a product from a company in Hamilton, MO, but it ended up in Olathe, KS. The shipping updates I received are as follows: 1st email on Sat, Oct 23: In transit from Concord, NC, with a scheduled delivery on Tues, Oct 26. 2nd email on Tues, Oct 26: In transit from Ladson, SC, with a pending delivery date. 3rd email on Fri, Oct 30: In transit via FedEx Smartpost in Southaven, Mississippi, with a scheduled delivery on Fri, Nov 5. 4th email on Sun, Oct 31: In transit via FedEx Smartpost in Grove City, OH, with a scheduled delivery on Thurs, Nov 4. As of the latest tracking information at 2:42 pm on Sun, Oct 31, the package had arrived in Grove City, OH. I reside in Charleston, SC, and it seems odd that the package was closer to Ladson, SC, but is now taking a longer route. I am seeking clarification on the discrepancies in the emails and the route the package is taking.

I had a frustrating experience with a FedEx employee who was difficult to communicate with. I made an order on the Dr. Scholls shoe website using Paypal, but encountered issues with my address during checkout. When I tried to rectify the situation, Dr. Scholls claimed they couldn't make any changes once an order was placed and redirected me to FedEx. However, FedEx couldn't assist without a valid address. When I contacted Dr. Scholls again, they provided me with a tracking number, but trying to follow up with FedEx only led to automated prompts that were unhelpful. Finally, when I managed to speak to a FedEx representative, they were unhelpful and abruptly ended the call when I asked for further assistance regarding a POST OFFICE HANDOFF situation, citing limitations in their ability to assist.

I am relocating from Portland to San Diego and have four FedEx deliveries scheduled ahead of my move. Unfortunately, the first package is already five days overdue with no new delivery date. The two others that were due today did not arrive, and one of them now has no updated delivery date. I contacted FedEx, explained the situation, but found the customer service unhelpful. They suggested canceling the orders, which cannot be done as all items have been shipped. To reroute the packages, I would need each sender to contact FedEx, with an additional fee required. With only a week left before my move, I am concerned that my packages might not reach me in time. The handling issues at the Troutdale/Portland site have left me frustrated as I believe this could have been avoided with better management. Ideally, I would have preferred on-time deliveries for all four packages. At this point, I am just hoping they arrive within a week to take them with me. In the worst-case scenario, I would like FedEx to ship the items to a San Diego location at no extra cost, as any delays have been beyond my control.

Yesterday, November 2, at 6:32, I received a notification on my phone stating that delivery order ID [redacted] had been attempted at my residence. Although I was home all day expecting the delivery, no Fed Ex truck drove down our long driveway. The accompanying note instructed me to visit a specific website to reschedule the delivery and provided a phone number, both of which turned out to be invalid. Upon calling customer service and speaking with Jennifer, I was unable to provide a tracking or house tag number when I called back, so I was not able to speak with her. I encountered difficulty navigating the automated system despite explaining my situation. I have since obtained a tracking number from the shipper, but the package's location has not been updated since it was loaded onto the truck yesterday morning.

My name is Tina Woods. I have been receiving packages at my home for 8 years. Recently, they started leaving the packages at a mailbox 3 miles away from my house in Afton Canyon. My home is isolated, with no neighbors, and the mailbox is next to a freeway exit where anyone can take my packages. I want my packages to be delivered to my home as they have been in the past. The mailbox is in a vacant lot where people stop and misuse it. Additionally, the packages do not fit in my small mailbox there. I kindly request that the drivers deliver my packages to my home instead of leaving them under the mailbox. Thank you.
