My husband, who has cognitive impairments, misplaced his wallet containing all his identification. As US citizens residing in Canada, we aim to freeze his credit in the US due to existing investment accounts. However, we are encountering challenges with the automated system requesting a zip code, which we are unable to provide as we are not in the US. The system also did not accept our previous US address details. I am seeking assistance from a human representative at Experian to help us place a credit freeze on his accounts.

Hello, my husband and I are facing an issue with our mortgage approval due to American Express mistakenly reporting him as deceased to Experian. Despite our efforts to correct this with American Express, the error persists on his credit report when the lender pulls the information. We've been struggling to reach a live person at Experian to resolve this situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am an employee at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Milwaukee, WI. I am currently experiencing difficulty signing in to the software needed for my job. I tried to reset my password and have it sent to my email, but nothing arrives. According to my supervisor, Experian indicates that I already have an account. However, when I contacted Experian, they informed me that I do not have an account and requested sensitive personal information such as my marriage license, driver's license, and SSN card. As an employee of a commercial entity, I am unsure why this information is necessary. Despite these attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance, which is hindering my ability to perform my duties. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed a $24.99 charge on my account, even though my membership is supposed to be free with Experian. I don't understand why they keep trying to charge me for a service I haven't used or signed up for. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but the system only allows transfers under specific circumstances. I want to stop these charges immediately.

I am 24 years old and have noticed my hair thinning recently. It's been a source of stress for me as I always assumed I would maintain a full head of hair due to my family genetics. While my grandparents have thick hair, my father lost his due to stress. I used to enjoy various hairstyles like a man bun and braids, but now I'm restricted to keeping my hair down due to thinning at the tape line and all around the top of my head. I hope that letting it grow might resolve the issue, but I'm doubtful. I'm eager to restore my hairline and thickness back to its former state, if not better.

My husband, before Alzheimer's, requested a credit freeze, but now with his condition and disconnected phone, unfreezing it has been a challenge. We've sent documents multiple times with no success. We are desperate for assistance from Experian to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I have been trying to verify my power bill with Boost repeatedly. Despite removing and re-adding it multiple times and sending several messages, my boost keeps dividing my utility payments under different names. Initially, the payment was listed under Bill Matrix but disappeared. Now, only a couple of utility payments are listed separately as MPC and Mississippi Power company, instead of as Bill Matrix. It's all the same place, coming from the same bank. My wife has also attempted to link this bank to her Experian account, but representatives say you do not work with them; however, this bank is where my Boost has been linked across all my accounts. The bank I am referring to is Kessler Federal Credit Union.

I did not sign up for this service and have been charged $25 monthly since July. I contacted them a week ago, and they mentioned the membership would end this month. I asked for proof of my signature, but they couldn't find it. I checked my email and couldn't find any confirmation of signing up. While Experian sent emails asking for e-signatures, I never completed any. I need a refund promptly, or I will escalate this issue to the attorney general as this seems to be fraudulent.

I noticed an unexpected charge for a membership starting in July. I reached out about this on December 6th. During the call, the representative mentioned no record of my enrollment. I never utilized the service nor intended to sign up for it. I searched my Gmail but found no evidence of requesting the service. I urgently need the $[redacted] refunded as this unexpected expense impacted my ability to pay for apartment insurance after a fire incident. I had no knowledge of these charges until recently.

Two years ago, I purchased a car on credit. Experian is the only credit reporting agency that shows this information; however, when I apply for credit, companies only check TransUnion and Equifax. It's frustrating! How can I ensure this information is shared with the other two agencies? I don't want to contact the loan company as they are unhelpful.

I currently have a credit freeze on my Chase credit card. Recently, I received a notice from "Fingerhut" stating that my second credit request has been denied. I have never applied for credit with Fingerhut, and suspect my social security number has been compromised. I am concerned about how this denial may impact my credit standing. Thank you. -Joanne A. I am disputing two charges of $[redacted] each totaling $[redacted] on my bill. Despite speaking with a representative about the issue and withholding payment, I received another bill claiming I was 60 days late, resulting in additional fees and doubling the amount owed. This has significantly impacted my credit score, dropping from [redacted] in July to [redacted] in December. I have consistently paid off my credit bills well before the due dates. I seek assistance in resolving these discrepancies. I am a long-standing customer, aged 80, with a credit history spanning over 50 years. My contact information is Cyndi Shelton at [redacted]. I appreciate your help and prompt resolution of this matter.

I have been attempting to lift a freeze that has been in place for about three years. Despite my efforts over the last 8 weeks, I have been unable to locate my PIN code to complete the removal process. During one phone call with a representative, I struggled as she asked computer-generated questions and claimed I had answered one incorrectly. Communicating was challenging due to her limited English proficiency. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person and feel as though I am blocked. Despite about 50 phone calls and sending a letter to the Texas location with all necessary details, I am yet to receive a response. It is crucial for me to resolve this matter promptly, as the situation is becoming increasingly costly. I am eager for a representative to contact me for assistance.

I am having difficulty accessing Experian.com. When I attempted to create a new user ID, the system requested my SSN and DOB. After entering both, the system indicated that they do not match. I am unsure how this could happen. Additionally, American Express (AMX) has been attempting to review my credit report for the past two days to approve a credit card. However, the system keeps indicating that my credit is frozen, despite unfreezing it temporarily two days ago and permanently yesterday. Unfortunately, I have been unable to speak with a live representative using any of the contact phone numbers provided. This situation is concerning and not customer-friendly.

I recently experienced identity theft and faced challenges verifying my identity with Experian. Despite answering their questions correctly, I still had to provide additional documentation as my identity didn't initially match. I sought legal advice after Experian reported no credit activity, suggesting potential fraudulent use of my credit. The lawyer advised reaching out again for further assistance and guidance on addressing this issue.

I was unexpectedly charged for a membership after a free trial period, even though I had no intention of continuing it. I didn't receive any email notification or see it in my iPhone subscriptions. This incident has led to a negative balance in my checking account and additional insufficient fund fees. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly, as it is impacting my limited fixed income. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I am experiencing difficulties logging into my Experian account. Despite numerous attempts using my username and password, the system does not recognize them. Even after entering my date of birth and social security number on the website, it indicates they do not match. When calling Experian and providing my social security number and zip code, the automated system still does not recognize them. I have attempted various phone numbers, such as [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], following different prompts to speak with a representative without success. I possess documentation from previous interactions with Experian containing this necessary information. An urgent situation has arisen where I require access to unfreeze my account promptly to secure an apartment lease. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue promptly. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I've been attempting to apply for a personal loan through my bank. However, there seems to be an issue with my Experian account. Whenever I request interest rates from Wells Fargo, they can't seem to locate any information. This might be due to the fact that my phone automatically filled in most of the details when I was filling out my Experian account. Additionally, I just realized that it used my first name instead of my legal first name, which I don't commonly use. I'm hoping to have this corrected to match the name on my driver's license in the hopes that it will assist Wells Fargo.

I would like to dispute all eight of these accounts as they appear to be fraudulent and claiming to be creditors. I am the original creditor and they are acting as trustees for the debtors. This is a violation of trust, akin to robbery, as I possess the certificate of title and the social security numbers. These entities are using my credit to support their businesses and potentially yours. They falsely claim to be creditors, essentially providing me with my own credit that I already own and then expecting repayment. They are deceivingly shifting the blame onto me when they are the ones engaging in fraudulent behavior. I insist that my credit be cleared of these issues. Additionally, I request the removal of the hard inquiries from my account. Thank you.

I am requesting a full refund and the cancellation of my membership with no additional charges from Experian. I have been trying to cancel for two months now. I want a refund of $24.99 that was charged to my new card. I do not wish to pay for any services and should be receiving free monitoring due to the data breach. I was supposed to receive free monitoring for seven years, so please stop charging me for this service.
