Hello, my name is Shaquille Barker, and I have had multiple fraudulent accounts opened in my name. Most of the accounts have been removed from my credit report, except for a delinquency installment loan that was also fraudulently acquired. My bank advised me that this loan and the inquiries on my credit report are preventing me from getting approved for anything. I urgently need this fraudulent installment loan removed from my account to move forward. Additionally, I have 19 inquiries on my credit report, and 15 of them are due to fraudulent accounts opened in my name. These fraudulent inquiries and the installment loan are significant barriers to my financial future. The bank has confirmed these issues are hindering my approvals, and I would greatly appreciate if these could be resolved promptly.

Hello, my name is Roxan Marie Burkett. I have noticed that EXPERIAN CREDIT has been deducting $21.00 and some cents from my checking account. I did not authorize this nor did I make any purchases from Experian. It might be due to the numerous websites on the internet. I am currently job hunting, and a few of these websites mentioned they needed to check my credit score for application purposes, to which I declined. However, I discovered that $21.00 has already been withdrawn, and I am unsure of how many times this has occurred. I am requesting a refund for all these unauthorized deductions. I am currently unemployed and without a home, and this deduction may have taken away my dinner tonight. Please resolve this matter.

I recently paid to update my app, expecting the services to be free as advertised. Unfortunately, I am unable to utilize the credit boost feature because my Direct Express bank is not listed, and I cannot link my utility bills to the app. My bank account does not handle bill payments—it's my Direct Express account that manages my expenses, including my social security funds. I feel frustrated as I spent my last $24 to reinstall the app with no benefit. Moreover, the app indicates my credit file is "deceased," which is entirely inaccurate. I demand either a refund or the promised credit boost by allowing my Direct Express account for payments. As someone reliant on social security, every dollar counts, and I cannot afford to be misled or ignored in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I recently discovered an unpaid bill from [redacted] under my husband, Warren Kyle Kosowan's name, impacting his ability to obtain loans and credit. Despite my efforts to stay current with his bills since we got married, this one slipped through the cracks. The credit union identified the issue, mentioning "Nationwide Recovery Systems" as the collection agency involved, but my attempts to contact them yielded no results, and the amount owed is believed to be under $[redacted]. I am reaching out for assistance in locating and resolving this outstanding bill to improve Warren's credit report. Warren is currently incarcerated, with expectations of release by the year's end, which complicates communication. I am equipped with his personal information and legal authority to manage his affairs. Promptly clearing this bill is crucial as Warren intends to pursue education next year, with available grant opportunities. I am hopeful for a swift resolution to this matter to support his future endeavors. Thank you for your attention and support. Best, Ariel Mumma

After reviewing my credit report yesterday, I noticed an error stating I had four late payments in the last 6 months. This is inaccurate as I consistently pay all my bills early. Previously, my credit score was well over [redacted] before facing financial challenges that caused a decline. I am currently two years into a four-year plan to repay my debts. One bank has notified me that they will inform the credit bureau once my debt is settled. I have also cleared another debt and am close to resolving a third. The fourth will be settled shortly. The incorrect information about late payments in the last 6 months is damaging my credit score instead of improving it during my recovery process.

On 10/23/[redacted], I attempted to create an account but did not provide the "authorization code" from a letter regarding a breach of my retirement account. Following a phone call to re-enter my information, I intended to keep the free account and cancel the paid account. Despite speaking with four agents, I encountered issues. After what I thought was a resolution, I received an email stating that my free Credit report and FICO score were canceled. I received reference number [redacted]2. Today, I tried contacting various numbers without success. I am unsure if my account is still active. I do not use text messaging and seek your assistance.

Hello, I am writing to address my concerns about the inconsistency in my credit score reporting by your agency. While other credit reporting bureaus show my score in the [redacted] to [redacted] range, you consistently reflect the lowest score for me. Despite maintaining a low credit utilization rate of 1% and having an excellent payment history, your portrayal of my creditworthiness has always been lower than expected. Despite meeting the criteria for a "good" rating, you previously labeled me as "fair." Recently, my score dropped by 14 points without any apparent reason, which is alarming. I have been trying to contact your agency for an explanation without success, as I am currently dealing with fraudulent charges with my bank. I kindly request clarification on the sudden drop in my credit score before considering leaving a negative review. Thank you, Marvel D.

I noticed that my older credit reports do not show the listing of when I consolidated the debt from my 5-6 credit cards approximately 7-10 years ago. It was a challenging time as I had fallen behind on payments due to a hospitalization. I managed to pay off all my credit cards, but the dates are unclear. I believe this missing information is impacting my credit score, keeping it from reaching the 700s to [redacted]. I would like my credit report to accurately reflect that I cleared this debt during that period.

I am questioning some unauthorized charges of $23.76 that have been appearing on my account for the past four months. I recently received a letter indicating that my account was part of a cybersecurity incident in April [redacted]. The letter was addressed to a person named Carrol Valentine who does not live at my address, which caused confusion as my name is Carol Ruthloff. I am unsure why these charges are being made and I need to hold the responsible party accountable. I have already contacted my bank, and they are ready to help me resolve this issue and cancel these unauthorized charges.

I need to request a freeze removal urgently since I've misplaced my PIN and cannot wait for traditional mail. We have a pending car loan application with our credit union that requires immediate approval as we lost our only car in an accident. Can I send photos of my ID via email to reset the PIN or find an alternative solution to lift the freeze promptly? My name is Gary Gene Zickler, and we recently relocated, possibly causing issues. Waiting for traditional mail could significantly delay the process, especially since I'm already awaiting a new driver's license reflecting the address change. I might have answered the verification questions incorrectly due to uncertainty about an old car payment amount. I aim to provide accurate information upon retry. Many thanks, Gary Zickler

On October 8th, my credit score with Experian unexpectedly dropped by 19 points. Despite no changes, late payments, collections, or complaints, my score declined. My credit usage is low, and I've maintained no late payments for over 4 years. I seek clarification on the sudden drop and desire the restoration of my previous score. This discrepancy contrasts with my increasing score of [redacted] with TransUnion. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. -David A. M. Jr.

Since the Anthem Security breach in [redacted], I froze my credit with all three agencies. Equifax and Transunion have been easy to work with, but I'm struggling to unfreeze my Experian account. I used an old email for Experian and had to mail them my documents, but the letter never reached them in Allen, TX. I've been unable to get through on the phone and feel like I've given away personal information in vain. How can I regain access to my Experian account efficiently?"

My Experian account was compromised yesterday, November 13th, at approximately 5:55 P.M. ET when someone changed the email address associated with my profile. The new email address belongs to the fraudulent domain, suppk.site. I believe Experian's system should have mechanisms in place to reject such suspicious email domains. I attempted to reach Experian's Fraud Detection number, [redacted], today at 8:45 A.M. ET but was unsuccessful in speaking to a representative due to the automated system. Given the urgent nature of this issue, I suggest Experian's automated system prioritizes transferring such calls to representatives. I am currently locked out of my Experian account, leaving room for potential harm from the perpetrator. Urgent assistance from Experian is crucial. For prompt resolution, please contact me at [redacted]. If I am unavailable, kindly leave a message with your contact details. Thank you for your swift attention. E. L. De Paula

I submitted an application to Dollar Tree, and they requested a one-time fee of $1 for a credit report from Experian. However, instead of charging me just $1 as stated in the application, Experian withdrew $22 from my checking account. At that time, my checking account only had $8, which would have covered the $1 credit report charge. The unauthorized $22 charge from Experian resulted in three overdraft fees in my account. I am seeking a refund of the $22 Experian charged and possibly a $50 credit for two of the three overdraft fees incurred. To prevent further charges, I have canceled my debit card. Kindly reach out to me via my email at [redacted] to inform me of your proposed resolution. Thank you, Judie Lake

I have an active fraud alert and freeze on my account. Recently, when I tried to sign in to check my credit report, I noticed that my username was changed to [redacted] I received a suspicious letter from deo and suspect that someone has tampered with my account. Despite the freeze, it seems they managed to access it to possibly manipulate my unemployment payments, which I no longer receive. I have refrained from making any changes to catch the culprits red-handed. My name is Claressa Carol Rodriguez, not [redacted] This could lead to federal charges as messing with my unemployment impacts government funds and constitutes identity theft. I am concerned about what other fraudulent activities may have taken place using my information.

I am trying to assist with reaching out to Experian on behalf of someone else to remove a security freeze. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to reach them by phone without being prompted for personal information as if I were the account holder. The individual in question placed a security freeze successfully on 08/10/21 and has a written confirmation from Experian with a personal identification number. The letter states that to lift the freeze permanently, all required identity documents must be mailed again. However, the one-page form on Experian's website for removal does not mention submitting proof of identity, possibly because of the provided personal identification number. I am uncertain if submitting this form online will suffice for permanent removal. Time sensitivity is a factor, and I would appreciate a prompt response.

I submitted an online application for Dollar Tree that required a credit report through Experian for a $1.00 fee. After providing my debit card information for the payment, Experian mistakenly enrolled me in a membership and charged $22.00 instead of the agreed upon $1.00. They are now attempting to charge me monthly for this unwanted membership. This unauthorized deduction caused three overdraft fees in my checking account, with only $8.00 available at the time. I am requesting Experian to refund $21.00 of the $22.00 they wrongly took and cover two of the three overdraft charges totaling $75.00. My credit union refunded one fee, leaving an incorrect deduction of $71.00 due to Experian's error. I am currently unable to be reached by phone due to technical issues but expect to have it resolved by 12/03/21. Thank you, Judie Lake.

Hello, my name is Jose Casillas, and my wife, Karina Michaca, recently had 19 points deducted from her credit score. She maintains good standing with her accounts at Regions Bank and Bank of America and does not have a Wells Fargo account, Netflix subscription, or any outstanding payments with an electric company. This deduction has affected her credit score negatively, and we are requesting a thorough review and correction of this error. Karina Michaca can be contacted at [redacted] Hammock Drive, Daytona Beach, FL, [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been trying to log in to my Experian App account for months now without any success. Since yesterday, I have been encountering difficulties. The app looks different and refuses to accept my password. It now requests me to sign in with my email, but after receiving the email, I am told that the address does not match. I also attempted signing in through Google, but faced the same issue. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I rely on the app to monitor my credit score daily. Thank you. - Gloria I.

I made a reservation through Expedia in January [redacted] for a vacation scheduled for March. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the hotel was closed, and we were unable to go on our vacation. Expedia informed us via email that we would receive a full refund for our hotel stay. Despite making over 30 calls, we have yet to receive our refund, despite having all the necessary documentation. I contacted my credit card company and initiated a dispute, but they mentioned that over [redacted] days have passed, making it challenging to resolve the issue. I have all the documents required to support my case; all I am looking for is the $[redacted].06 refund that is owed to me.
