For * days I've been trying to speak to an El Al representative to change a return date from Boston to Tel Aviv. I was originally directed to WhatsApp that sent me back to the website. This is crazy! I've been on hold (on * phones) for over an hour and still waiting.....

After an hour and ** minutes my call was finally answered by a representative who very very slowly was able to assist in changing the date. I never imagined it would be so time consuming to just change a date for flying.
