Dollar General doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Re: Rental Record ********** **Oct *, **** I Returned the unit @ Springfield*Branson Airport and my units key fob unbeknownced to me was in my suitcase and checked thru my flight. I called next day and asked for Springfield-Branson Dollar Rental address to mail back the key I discovered in my luggage. The agent on the phone said her manager Donna had to charge me the $*** for non-return of key because I did not return the key at the returned time. The reason she gave for charging me $*** was the fact that she said she ordered a replacement in less than ** hours from our flight on a Friday of all times. The issue is, it wasn’t lost It was misplaced. As soon as I returned home that day Oct *, **** I found the misplaced key in my luggage and called the Dollar*Hertz counter next day Oct *, **** since it was getting late on that evening to let them know I: *). Have the key and *). let them know I tested negative this morning of Oct *. **** for COVid-** since they had concerns. This is just a bad business practice to charge a customer for a key they discover in less than **hrs It’s ridiculous and the $*** should be refunded ASAP.**Regards,*Richard Pittman
