We have a brand new Dell XPS ** **** with a Windows ** problem. Since the laptop comes with Windows **, you're obliged to fix it. **The problem is that Windows ** v****, which is installed on the computer, substitutes a Microsoft IPP Driver for the Canon Pro **** Driver. I've been on two chats with your service agents who insisted that it was a Canon problem, but it's not. Windows ** v**** has a known problem with printer installation, not just Canon printers. I have three other Windows ** computers, all Dell, that are v**** and they don't have the problem.**I've done my best to find a solution but have found none. Please note that as a long term Dell customer I will not accept that you're not going to take care of this problem for an answer.
