I ordered a job hob from my-appliances shipment ref ************** *The item was supposed to be delivered between **.** ***.**.*Much to my frustration the item has not been delivered and then when I went to track the item I’m am told driver could not gain aces to the property. This is totally untrue the property can be accessed easy enough. My mother has been at the property all day awaiting for the delivery. To make matters worse I have an electrician coming at * am tomorrow morning to fit said item. I need the appliance to be delivered before this time as a matter of urgency. My concern is the driver was attempting to deliver to a bungalow at the opposite street assuming he was in Newcastle Avenue, can you please advise your driver to check the address before presuming to deliver. Number * Newcastle avenue is a house on the opposite street. To same I’m unhappy with this service would be an understatement and I wish to forward to complaints immediately as well as have the item delivered prior to my electricians visit
