I ordered a parcel to be delivered today. The parcel was supposedly delivered this morning and signed for by someone called Brown. I have no idea who this brown person is as it isn’t any of my neighbours. I was waiting at the window and never saw any van arrive. When I clicked on the map to see where it had been delivered it was a random pin dropped in the middle of the countryside. I actually drove to the pindrop and went into every house along the lane to ask if they’d signed for it and no one did. I believe the driver made up the fact they delivered it and just didn’t bother turning up. This is completely unacceptable. How can I get my parcel Re-delivered? What compensation will I get for this? The parcel was for my girlfriend’s birthday today and now she has no present because the driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver.
